My husband called this place last night for an electrical emergency. The man on the phone told us they didn't have anyone available. From their website:

I can't say enough great things! We were without hot water for three days waiting for new water heater install. Called Schlumbrecht last night at 6:30. They were at my house for 7 am and had install completed by 10:00am. And were much lower priced than the electrician that we were originally referred to! Will definitely use again in the future!!!!!

As long as you don't question them, all is well. Had a minor disagreement, that I thought was amicably resolved, and then the customer service turned to crap. The next time I tried to schedule an appointment, calls from my known number went unanswered, and suddenly the man who told me they were always available same day couldn't come for 6 days. Funny, how after he promised me a discount on my next job, he was suddenly too busy to return my calls or show up promptly. I previously had a good experience, but will be using someone else in the future.

We had an emergency and they were here in no time. Came in, got the repair made, and were very helpful. We have more work to be done and already have them scheduled to come back. Highly recommend!!! It's family owned and operated and definitely trustworthy.

DO NOT USE. When I asked questions about billing, he refused to answer them, then walked out mid way through the work, leaving my electric problem in worse conditions than it was in the first place.

I am about to call them again to hang some lights. A realtor friend recommended them to rewire my new house. They were completely professional and added little details I hadn't thought of at no charge. They stayed with the process well after the job was done making sure everything was satisfactory. Knowing who to trust is worth a million bucks but the bill was very reasonable.
