I was replacing a simple light switch in my kitchen and suddenly, I realized I had blown a circuit and had multiple lights out in my home. I got on Angi's to find and electrician in my area and they wanted me to get a membership for $275 before recommending anyone. Forget that! I tried several more times on Friday night to get multiple companies to call me back but no one returned my call. I Googled electricians again Saturday morning at 1100 am for my area and found Schematic Electric in Tehachapi CA. Nelson answered and told me that he could probably get someone out to me by 1pm. Being a weekend he mentioned it would be a slightly higher service call. I opted for the fastest response I could get and Nelson was in my driveway by 1245pm. He is a very pleasant guy with a big friendly smile. My German Shepherd even liked him. Within 5 minutes inside my home Nelson knew what our problem was and within a total of 20 minutes he had everything up and running again. He saved the day because we were having family arrive from back east and didn't want to have to explain that they might have to use a flashlight in their room, but this was all avoided in time.
Even though our issue was relatively simple I wanted to mention something to other companies that can't bother to return a phone call or come out for a simple problem. I have a generator that I've been wanting and electrician to install an outlet for during emergency power outages and because we feel like we found such a reliable company I am having Nelson back out for that job in the near future. When you are a top notch company and treat customers with value, it earns you more business and loyalty. Thanks Schematic Electric and please give Nelson our thanks as well. He is a real asset to you company.
