Electrician Peter Mccoy came to my house to reseach a faulty breaker. He was on time, professional and easy to work with. He did the job correctly to code, he new his stuff. His service truck was well stocked with numerous supplies to avoid a run to Home Depot. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call him again for any future electrical needs. Peter is the man.

Pete with Schamber Electric is experienced and very thorough with his work. Very pleasant to work with and great with customer service. Definitely an A+ in my book!

Schamber electric has completed multiple projects for us now at our home and business. they have always shown up on time and been professional. We were extremely happy with the service they provided for Christmas lights this past year and will be using them again.

Just found out that their tech installed unsecure network equipment on a secure network thereby voiding my contract with my secure network provider. It's like rubbing salt into my wound. They are THAT bad.

Underscoring and adding an exclamation point on the other reviews. We have a high-end restaurant and the staff was so incompetent as to cause us to close operations for 3 days, and have me personally ""babysit"" their work on 2 other of my days off. They installed our point-of-sale equipment wrong (made tragic because I supplied them with written installation instructions) so it didn't work right. They forget to install network cabling, and we had to call in 2 vendors to give them tech support on supposed areas of their expertise, one of which was to re-calibrate machines over to wi-fi that were factory-configured for ethernet but Schamber forget to install ethernet networking... now how does a network company forget to install network cables? One more ""got worse"" thing- we purchased an alarm system that after 45 days of operation stopped working. It's been 6 days and still no call back, not even from our so-called account manager. .... and I escalated to one of the owners! We're going so far as to rip-and-replace our audio-video (part of the ""got worse story"") and our alarm system for things that work and will have equipment installed by a competent company.

The customer service is literally THE WORST you could ever imaging! They told me to hang up and refused to arrange the service for us! If you want to receive a phone call for business, you need to FIRE that front desk or customer service person! She doesn't know what her job is apparently.

I'll add to the chorus here and recommend everyone to stay away from this company. They have horrible service and unknowledgeable staff.

This business hires people that knowingly are using fraudulent social security numbers. The payroll person advised the employee to ""find another social security number to use"". Employee just purchased a new fraudulent social security number to use and continued employment.
