I've done property management for 7 years, and I use Schaeffer Electric almost exclusively. He is always professional, he does the job quickly, and he does the job right the 1st time. He is a local electrician, and has an excellent reputation in the community. His prices are premium, but his quality of service is also premium.

Schaefer Electric came highly recommended to me and now I know why! Upon moving into a new home I found three of four wall outlets, where the TV/cable box would be placed, didn't work - two of which were behind where the wall-mounted TV would go. No one wants to look at wires draping down the wall from a wall-mounted TV, especially me, so I called Scott Schaefer. Within two hours of my call, Neil and Sonny had my fully powered TV hanging from the wall with no wires in sight! These guys were quick, courteous and tidy, and I couldn't recommend them more! Scott Schaefer was recommended to me by a local lighting supplier. We wanted to replace two existing down lights (in cans) with a hanging light and a fan with light. Scott was pleasant to deal with, his estimate seemed reasonable so we hired his company to do the work. Neil and Sunny did an excellent job, they knew exactly what to do and were very careful not to leave any mess. We are so pleased we will get them back to handle other things we have in mind for the future.

Several people from my daughter's school recommended Scott. I called and left a message regarding having 2 ceiling fans and all of the wiring installed. Scott called back the next day and was able to come out and give a quote the following day, a Saturday. His price was very reasonable. He said he was pretty booked and would get to it either the end of the week or the beginning of the next. Then Sunday he called my daughter to say he'd had a cancellation for the next day. His crew was there first thing the next day and did both fans quickly. They were very professional and picked up thoroughly. Scott's communication was great. I have used Schaefer Electric a number of times and I am always so happy with the work they do. They came out and checked the wiring on a couple of houses when I was looking for a home at NO charge. They transferred my crystal chandelier from my old house and installed it in my new one. They have put in new outlets, hung light fixtures, put in dimmer switches and installed LED can light to name a few. Always exactly on time, always clean up, and I think they have excellent prices. I wish everyone I hired did such great work. I will be using them again. I highly recommend them.
