I just want to commend this place for all there hard work and dedication to their clients. I had a kitchen remodeled after a water accident. I'm so glad I found them because they made the process go very quickly and rapidly! Not to mention everything went smoothly with the insurance company etc. My kitchen was done sooner than the estimated due date. I give them the highest recommendation for any kind of remodel etc.

We had some electrical issues with two outlets. Adrian came out at the time scheduled. Fixed both outlets quick and professional. He gave us a good price. Would recommend and use him again for any electrical issues.

I was in need of an electrican, to do some receptacle work in my home so that I may hang my TVs up on my walls.
After reading a couple previous reviews I was a little iffy on going with this company.
So I was clear with Adrian on what exactly I needed to be done and he was clear with me as well on the break down of charges.
He was prompt on his responses and was able to get me in his schedule fast, which was also what I was looking for.

When Adrian arrived I curiously asked him about another job that was not included in the cost and he was able to add that task at the last minute for an additional fee.

Overall very satisfied customer and will be contacting company again to do some more projects at my home.

I first contacted Adrian via Yelp on September 7, 2018, and requested a quote for work we needed done in our home. I received a quick response and scheduled an in-home review of the requested work within the week.

On September 11, 2018, Adrian came by the house to view our requested work, which included some drywall work, installation of canned lighting and a ceiling fan and painting. Adrian asked that I get back to him regarding specifics of the project and he would respond by Friday, September 14, 2018, with a quote for the project.

On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, I responded with specifics of the project and asked Adrian for a quote. Adrian did not provide the quote by Friday as he originally stated, but did provide a written quote on Tuesday, September 18, 2018.

On Wednesday, September 19, 2018, I notified Adrian that we were interested in moving forward with the project and asked for a project start date and inquired on the length of the project so that we could coordinate our work schedules to be present during the project.

Adrian immediately responded by saying he wanted to coordinate with his other guys and he would be in touch the following day with a start day. He also stated he would ""drum up a contract"" that we could sign on the start date of the project. (The contract never transpired, but we based the project off of Adrian's original written quote)

On Friday, September 21, 2018, after not hearing from Adrian, I sent him a text with a status check.

On Sunday, September 23, 2018, I sent Adrian a text telling him we were ready to start the project and if he was too busy, to let us know, so that we could pursue other avenues.

On Monday, September 24, 2018, we confirmed with Adrian the dates of October 5, 6, and 8, 2018, (Friday, Saturday and Monday) for the project.

On Wednesday, October 3, 2018, I sent Adrian a text to confirm the start date of Friday, October 5, 2018, and Adrian responded by asking what time he should arrive on Friday. I asked for 8 AM, as I had an appointment at 9:30 AM, and I wanted to get Adrian's crew set up before I left. Adrian replied that he would arrived between 8 AM and 9 AM and I agreed.

On Friday, October 5, 2018, Adrian and Marco arrived at approximately 9:15 AM, which made me late for my scheduled appointment. After arriving late for the project, they ended their day at approximately 2-3 PM. I issued a check to Adrian for $1000 to cover the start of the project.

On Saturday, October 6, 2018, Carlos arrived shortly after 9 AM to start work on the project. Marco arrived at approximately 10 AM and Adrian later than that. Adrian and Marco again completed their day by 2-3PM, although Carlos stayed well into the evening working on our project. On this day, Adrian asked for additional money to cover some of the costs of the project. We obliged and wrote out an additional check, only to have Adrian ask that we pay in cash.

Adrian also notified us that they would not finish the project on Monday as originally specified. I felt that if Adrian and Marco had worked full 8 hour days, the project could have been completed in the 3 days specified. Adrian denied that he quoted 3 days and we extended the project into Tuesday as well, after coordinating our work schedules.

On Monday, October 8, 2018, Adrian stated he and his workers would arrive at 2 PM (this after we made arrangements with work to be home Monday morning). I went about conducting errands Monday morning and received a call from Adrian at approximately 11 AM saying he stopped by the house expecting me to be home. Makes no sense that Adrian would stop by earlier (11am) than he had initially indicated (2pm) without contacting me prior to see if I would in fact be home.

Before the project even began, I started to have reservations about Adrian's reliability, but because he was a ""one stop shop"" I went through with the project. There were issues with he and his workers arriving promptly, leaving early, and shady payment requests (one day asking for a check and different day asking for cash).

The electrical work done seems to be fine; however, the painting work was sloppy at best. We pointed out several areas that needed touch up and they attempted to fix the issues.

We had paint on new tile work, new vanities, new cabinets and paint on the ceilings, in addition to poor coverage of a new color of paint over an old color. Paint was also stripped off our bedroom wall from the tape they applied to protect the wall from the painting they applied in the bathroom.

Adrian agreed to return another day to repair and address the errors, but at that point, we decided to cut our loses. We have arranged for a different painter to paint our ceilings and bedroom. Adrian did install an additional 4 canned lights than what was originally agreed to and did not charge us labor for doing so.

Very disappointed.

Adrian was great with communication. He was prompt and professional. Hired him to do lots of little electrical jobs and he got them all done in a timely manor. He was also very polite and clean. Will be hiring him again.

Gave Adrian a message on Yelp for an estimate to install an outlet for my new electric Vehicle. Immediately responded with the most fair price quote and honored it no questions asked after at-home job consultation. Adrian had great communication and showed great respect for my business, my needs and my time. He showed up with another worker, described the work to be done , and finished the job very efficiently. Will definitely reach out to him and his team again for all electric needs. Finding a quality electrician that is down to earth, friendly and reasonable prices can be challenging and frustrating. Don't hesitate to contact this company for anything you need! Five star rating no question. Thank you Adrian and staff.

I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the work Adrian did for us!! No idea why anyone would write a negative review as he was nothing but professional and highly skilled in his work. We had 6 recessed lights put in and were very happy with the result. He was quick, clean, respectful and most important to me, reasonably priced!! He also took some time to fix some electrical issues throughout the house. Seriously...Adrian is awesome! Can't wait to get more work done. Thank you!!!

My quest for a good, reliable general contractor who services the Wrightwood area continues...

I contacted Adrian / SCCE November 15 to discuss a multi-faceted remodeling project of my family cabin. Adrian was very gung-ho, excited to discuss the project, and I thought I might have finally found a good fit. Unfortunately, when it comes time to actually do anything, Adrian / SCCE comes up short.

We agreed to meet at our cabin the Friday or Saturday following Thanksgiving to discuss the project. Adrian was very non-commital regarding which day he was available, but as we drew closer (think Thanksgiving day) we agreed to meet Saturday between 2-3pm, even though he said he had no projects/jobs scheduled for that day. When he did not show by 3:30 I texted Adrian to inquire whether or not he was still coming, and received an immediate response stating that he had fallen asleep, and doesn't usually work Saturdays. Umm... Then why did we agree to meet on Saturday, when we were around all day Friday?

Adrian arrived at our cabin in fairly short order and we began walking the project. He brought no notepad or tape measure, only his cell phone to take pictures. Only during our visit did he indicate he is a ""do-er"" and not much of a visionary for coming up with specific ideas. This was contrary to our previous discussions, as we are/were looking for a contractor with some vision of how to make all our projects work. All the same, Adrian was very nice, apologetic for being late, and I thought we parted ways on good terms.

That was 3.5 weeks ago and, aside from me texting him once for an update a after we met, I've not heard a peep from Adrian since. His text response was that he needed to schedule several sub-contractors to do a job walk with him, and that he was very busy with other projects and Christmas. Umm... If you're so busy, why did you think you'd have time for our project?

My gut instinct is that Adrian means well, but that perhaps he has bitten off more than he can chew. To that end, I believe it would serve him well to be more honest with himself and his potential clients about what he can, and cannot, take on. He was a nice enough, likeable fellow, but nice only goes so far with regard to remodeling projects. Thus, we are moving on and doing our part to free him from the pressure of bidding on our project.
