We had a new hot water heater installed but needed a circuit breaker upgraded to handle the new water heater. Called another electrician and they never responded. Read the reviews about Scapin Electric and contacted them. When they found out I did not have hot water they sent someone out that day and fixed the issue. They called later to make sure the electrician had come and I had hot water. Excellent service and very reasonable rates. I will be utilizing them for any future electrical needs.

Scapin is a solid option for just about any electrical job. On this recent experience, I had a basic project of getting multiple light switches hooked up for a porch light that I recently bought, I hesitantly tried doing it myself but flaked out after an hour, don't judge me.

Anyway, Scapin came to the rescue just a few short days later and took care of it. Initial charge to have them come out was around $125 (I think) plus the cost of labor and a new switch box they had to add on, it came up to $190 total. A bit pricey, but I was happy with the job they did.

The payment system could be better. For one you can't pay the workers up front you have to wait on them to mail you the bill, they said they would email me the invoice which I preferred but that email never arrived. They accept credit card but you are responsible for paying the 7% convenience or credit card charge (not sure if that's what they call it). You also have the option to pay them cash in person by driving to the business yourself.

The service was good overall, my only complaint was how they handle the billing. Another one, was when I called them to request a quote on a much bigger project, they said they would call me to schedule a visit, but they never called.

After a different electric company left us high and dry, Scapin came in and finished the project. Very professional and real ""problem solvers"". We had one real challenging project and they took the time to figure it out. Would recommend to everyone

Can't say enough good things about Scapin. I had a serious deadline to meet. Thanks to Pam, Bill, Jordan, and the rest of the team at Scapin, I got my electrical job done quickly and efficiently so my roofers could meet their deadline.

This team is awesome. This is a great company. I will be using them again. I have other electrical work that needs to be done at this property. I won't be using anyone else.

We had a emergency and they were they within 2 hours or less ! We would have lost everything in our freezer & Frigidaire..... Top Notch! Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed immediately.....
Definitely would recommend as all folks know they have schedules and was very thankful they could fit me in the same day ! Thank you Scapin Electric and professional experienced Electricians !

Company no showed for our 2:00 appointment. After waiting an additional 20 mins I called the tech and he said they would try to head my way soon. I'm a business professional and asked the main office to make an appointment with me so I wouldn't have to be tied to one property all day. Failed, I give them two stars because at least they pick up the phone.

If I'd known it as this easy and pain free!!! Hiring an electrician from Scapin Electric was the best decision we could have made. They came to our home very early (which I requested) and was happy that they completed the job without hitting our pockets. We will refer them to family and friends and we will most definitely use them again if we ever need another electrician. They were very friendly which was a plus! Thanks Scapin Electric!!!

I wish there were ten stars! I had been stood up by another electrician on my last visit to my Pensacola property. I called Scapin before I arrived in town and was told I would have the 4 lights changed out on my first day in town. True to their word, they came in the morning. I was not home but left the fixtures in the rooms designated. All work was performed quickly and my electrician was very neat. He even took down a fixture in the laundry room, cleaned it and replaced it. They were kind enough to bill me as well. The prices were even more reasonable than my ex- electrician! My week with my granddaughter was not interrupted at all, and my lights are beautiful. No reason to call anyone else. I never will again.
