Our a/c went out on a Monday (15th) and we advised our landlord about it. He sent Scallion's out the next day and we were informed that our system was out and it would take a week to get the unit in. We told the landlord that was not acceptable and that we would be moving out.
The next day Scallion's calls and tells us that a new unit would be installed Thursday morning and we should have air by noon. It was finally installed and around 2pm it started cooling. We were fine until they showed back up Friday (19th) to do some work putting up sheet metal around the unit. Around 3pm the cooling stopped and now this morning, Monday (22nd) we're still out of air. How do you not check on your customers to find out if everything is okay? How about checking with us to find out if the a/c is cooling? Instead when we called them this morning we were asked ""Did we have the system on ""Cool"" and the Fan on ""Auto""?"" Seriously! This was how we left it Friday when we left to go home. I will not be calling this company for anything else after this. Sorry people to do business with if they don't check on their customers nor check behind themselves.
