I am located in Twentynine Palms and have had an extremely difficult time finding good help with multiple contractors in our area. They have quoted us one thing over the phone than double prices, changed prices during the job without notification, caused us to have to follow-up with them due to lack of communication, not finished jobs, etc. etc....

Then we were referred to Tom.... and let me tell you our minds are officially changed! I am convinced him and his crew are the only honest, affordable, and reliable company in town. Responsiveness was incredible. Crew was extremely friendly. Did exactly what he said for how much he said with no surprises. Communicated any issues with us and showed up when he said he would. This company makes a difference and sure has in our home. We are already looking forward to working a few more jobs with them and won't even entertain the thought of calling anyone else.

I'm so happy that I was able to find this business thru another HVAC company that recommended him to repair my evaporate cooler. I found him to be honest and fair.
After seeking a bid from Paloma air conditioning that was outrageous I talked to Tom OConner owner of SC Home Serviced and was so relieved to find out he was an honest and a very qualified technician. He's a true professional that cares and provides a premium service for a reasonable fee.
Being a contractor myself before retirement I know the difference between good and excellent.
