I called him on Monday to install plexiglass on my desk, Sam answered the phone, he asked me to take a picture of my desk that I sent to him. He called me and told me the cost can can be between $ 260 and $ 340, so I confirmed that it was ok. I texted him if he can come the next day. he didn't answer. The next day I called him, he said he didn't received my text till that moment on the phone with me. He asked me to tex him in 2 hours when he get in to his office, so I texted, he confirm is coming next day. The next day he called he is in his way, an hour later he called me saying a car hit him from behind and he would talk to me later. He never called me, he made me lose the whole week, very irresponsible and unprofessional. If he didn't want to take the job or he's too busy, he should have told me. I would not recommend him.

I thought I had a guy, though I am sure happy that through great recommendations I found Sam! The first time Sam came for a service visit for my personal property, he helped me with what I needed and only charged for a service visit. (I was expecting to be spending a lot more money) So when my HOA needed new lighting around our building for safety and savings (energy and financial) of course I texted Sam. The job they did is even better than expected and the homeowners in the community are thrilled. Thank you! See you for the next HOA repair!!

My garage door was BUSTED- like, it curved inwards instead of out- but they fixed it in two days! They let me know right away that a) it was fixable
b) they needed a part and c) they would get it done the next day. Around 6pm the next day I figured the part took time and it would be tomorrow but no! They showed up to my house around 6:30 and fixed it then! Sam called me and kept me updated throughout the whole process and was courteous and professional. AND my garage was clean after which I really love.

Whoever installed the toilet in my apartment a few years ago thought it would be a wonderful idea to anchor it to... well, nothing. Combine that with incompetent building management, and you get years of a rocking chair toilet. Sounds fun, right? Well it isn't at all.
That's where Sam and SB come in.
They showed up on time, were very courteous, and after assessing the situation got to work on fixing my topsy turvy toilet, cleaned up any trace that they had my bathroom apart, and after a few instructions about caulk curing time were gone. Sam even texted and called to make sure all was well later on.
The throne is solid, and I have no hesitation calling SB for reapairs in the future.
