Whoever installed the toilet in my apartment a few years ago thought it would be a wonderful idea to anchor it to... well, nothing. Combine that with incompetent building management, and you get years of a rocking chair toilet. Sounds fun, right? Well it isn't at all.
That's where Sam and SB come in.
They showed up on time, were very courteous, and after assessing the situation got to work on fixing my topsy turvy toilet, cleaned up any trace that they had my bathroom apart, and after a few instructions about caulk curing time were gone. Sam even texted and called to make sure all was well later on.
The throne is solid, and I have no hesitation calling SB for reapairs in the future.

Sam has been one of my company's preferred vendors for several months and he has come through in a pinch multiple times. Not once has a client been disappointed with his service. His rates are fair, and he is skilled across almost every trade which is very rare. He also only charges for work completed, and brings honesty into an industry where you unfortunately deal with some absentee/untrustworthy actors.

Don't believe the spiteful/angry review from a few days ago, from somebody who didn't even hire Sam.

Same was awesome! He was extremely professional and completed everything as promised at a very reasonable price.
