Hired Saxelby Electric this past summer to install a new panel in the garage and fan on our porch. They were super friendly and really went out of the way to make sure I was happy with the work! I will definitely be calling back for future projects!

We hired Saxelby Electric to wire our entire house (new construction) this past summer. Matthew and his team were professional, efficient and worked well with our other sub-contractors. Passed the (electrical related) inspections with flying colors. Best of all, he suggested some changes we couldn't live without. (Love that floor outlet.) We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Super nice people too!

Left several messages and not even the courtesy of a reply. Don't waste your time like I did.

The Matthew Saxelby Company installed my wide screen TV , hiding all the wires and connected it to the computer and all the myriad components as well as telephone. Marvelous complex!
Matthew is indispensable for electrical installations and updates.
Sincere/generous/punctual, works quickly and effortlessly...................a MOST competent man........
Reminds me of Paul Bunyan.

I hired Matthew of Saxelby Electric (Lic #853150) in November of 2009 to set up the electrical in my backyard for a future planned spa. He was recommended to me by Spa & Pool Emporium of Elk Grove (now closed). He was the 2nd contractor to give me a quote and I am glad I picked him for the job. He gave me a fair price, comparable to the other contractor. What set Matthew apart was that he gave me recommendations on where to put the required breaker for the hot tub. The other contractor was just going to attach it to my home. Matthew recommended putting it by the fence away from my home, which I was much happier about. About the work: Matthew dug out the trench, laid the conduit, added the 220V electrical wiring and spa circuit breaker, and added an additional 110V outlet. What took me so long to give this review? Well, I finally purchased a used spa. It is now hooked up, and the electrical works great. So just wanted to make sure it worked before giving my review. I would recommend Matthew for any electrical work you need done.
