I called to have a wire ran for a newer model thermostat and 4 light switches. After an hour I was advised they do not do electrical wiring to A/C units. I wish they would have said that before starting the job. They did install the light switches. The installer was very nice. Then afterwards I was charged $180 for an hour!!! Wow. I would suggest looking around. Afterwards just to confirm I was not reading too much into it but the highest quote I found beyond these guys were $120 for the hour. Lowest I found was $20 per switch. All certified electricians...

Great job with install of light fixture and NEST camera. Jeff and team were kind enough to wait , at no extra charge , after we had an unexpected issue with install material that the lighting retailer provided , which caused us to scramble to get what we needed in order for his crew to install.
Appreciate the quality work and wonderful customer service !

Jeff is a very competant professional. He and his wife Donna have done at least two jobs for us over the years with excellent results. The first big job was to put in a complex internet and phone wiring system throughout our house. I believe that is ""cat 5"" if I am not mistaken. It was for 8 locations in several rooms. The other job was to install AC outlets and light switching for three garages in an apartment complex. The work for both jobs was properly done, on time and within reasonable budget. From what I also know the Soufley's do important work as well with the Agua Dulce community supporting the great Pacific Crest Trail.

My experience of Donna and the Saufley Electric team was absolutely marvelous. They're electrical experts and brought a near-dead computer electrical component of mine back to life at zero charge! I really owe them. Donna is absolutely lovely and though they're a little far out there I would highly recommend.

Jeff and team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We recently purchased a home in the area and had a laundry list of electrical concerns. Our entire list was completed in one day and was top quality. We will definitely use Saufley Electric for future needs.

Could not be happier with choosing these folks. They take pride in their work, and helped me to design the most effective solution for my needs and situation. Everything happened when they said it would, at the price they quoted, and it really looks great.
The crew ran Cat 6 ethernet throughout my home and ran conduit to the detached garage to include that building on my network.
Very interesting and positive people to be around - a pleasure to have in my home.

After instructing the electrician where to put our new exterior flood light [either of two awning corners] and expressing to him the purpose was to light a dog kennel, we received a bid for the job. Despite his bid being much higher than others' bids, we had hoped we'd get a better quality job. He showed up without confirming he would be there, but luckily my husband was home to let him in. Then, after getting in the attic on a hot day, he asked my husband if they could just punch through the exterior wall and hang the light, rather than having to do the cord work necessary to hang it where I had told him to put it [and which was contemplated in the estimate he gave us]. The electrician assured my husband the placement of the light would still provide sufficient lighting of the kennel. If I could add a picture of where this guy put the light, all of you would see he put it directly above a large awning which of course, blocks almost all of the light to the ground! Thus, my dog kennel has very little lighting - the entire purpose for the project. My husband paid him anyway with the caveat that I may not be happy with the placement. When the electrician called me and I expressed my dissatisfaction, he got angry and defensive. He referred to me in sexist, derogatory language and informed me I knew nothing about placing lights. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this job was done and now, I will have to pay someone to fix his work and re-do the job he was supposed to do.
