Pete followed up with me after I was out of town to make sure the electrical problem I was having with the jacuzzi was taken care of. He stopped by the next day and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and set me up. Will definitely use again.

Pete came by on short notice to repair a faulty dryer outlet. He diagnosed our old (ancient) electrical panel and made the repair in time for a new dryer to be delivered. Also at a very reasonable price. We've used Santucci Electric before and will definitely use him again!

We moved into our new house knowing that there was some electrical work to be done, but weren't quite prepared for the scope of it all - from grounding almost all of the outlets, completely rewiring the mess in the attic, to needing a new breaker.

Pete's reviews suggested he was a good choice, and we were not disappointed. He was everything you want in a professional - communicative, honest, punctual and efficient, whilst doing a top-notch job at an excellent price.

Pete also goes the extra mile, and went out of his way to meet our scheduling needs, as well as putting up with noisy dogs while he was carrying out the work. He explained everything that he was doing in detail, and was happy to accomodate some extra tasks that we thougth of during the project.

If anyone asks me if I know a good electrician, I never hestitate to point them in the direction of Santucci Electric.

We just moved into a new house that had a good amount of issues. One of them being the ungrounded electrical outlets throughout the house. It turned out our electrical situation was more than the outlets, and was a nightmare of jumbled wires everywhere. We had to get the house re-wired.

Pete is professional, friendly, efficient, and got the job done (even with our barking dogs in the background).

Pete came and did a huge project for me. Replaced my main breaker, added an EV plug to the garage, and resolved an existing circuit issue. After an unfortunate incident with another electrician, I was left with no electricity in part of my kitchen. I contacted Pete who had done some work on my home back in March. He responded within 2 hours and was able to come out the day after Thanksgiving to fix my problem. Fortunately, the issue turned out to be less severe than anticipated, and since he was only here for a short time Pete offered to reduce his service call fee.

Great customer service and a heck of a nice guy. Will definitely contact him for future needs.

So I asked one of my co-workers if she had a good electrician she knew and she was like - well, my mom love's this guy. And btw, her mom is over 80. Pete had done a couple of jobs for her and she said that he was fair, honest, responsible and does great work. So I called him and agree 100% with her assessment. I had a 35yr old fuse box that I wanted replaced and the best part of my working with Pete was when he suggested alternate ways of fixing the issue so that it would help me save money. That I appreciated so much. I was just really happy with the work that he did and the price I paid for it. So if you're reading this review because you're in need of a good electrician - just save yourself the time and call Pete. Thanks man for a job well done!

This is my second time using Santucci and once again Pete came through with excellent customer service and skills!

I recently placed an order for a Tesla Model 3 so realized I needed a NEMA 14-50 240v plug closer to the garage door since I planned on parking the car outside.

I had used Pete previously for other work and he had done a great job but I wanted to shop around so started using Yelp to get pricing. Pete came out to be low or as low as the other quotes I got and since I already had a good experience with him this was a no brainer.

Sent him a text and he said his earliest availability was September, this was back mid august, so heads up with covid electricians are super busy! I had him put me down for 9/3/2020 at 9am to get my plug installed. He said he would follow up before my install date. Sure enough on 8/27 he sent a follow up text confirming my appointment. Today he showed up on time and got right to work. He was upfront that he was missing parts and had to go to Home Depot later on but still got the job completed in 2 hours. Paid him with Venmo, he made sure to clean up everything and caulked up the hole from the plug!

On time, great work, and excellent customer service, highly recommended!
