These people are very unreliable. Got a quote for some work at my house. They gave me a appointment for a month later. On the day of the appointment nobody shows up. Called more than 10 times and nobody picks up the phone. No reply back or anything. Very unprofessional. I had to take a day off just for the appointment but wasted my whole day.
Stay away from such a company if you value your time and money.

Called slightly after hours and Hector Santiago answered (scored points with me right there). We scheduled the next day for estimate and Hector arrived exactly on time (more points)! Price was reasonable, i gave go ahead and just a day later three of the Santiago Brothers came in to tackle the work. And they did a great job! Highly recommend Santiago Electric with a well earned five stars.

We've been happy to hire Hector & his brother twice now. The first time, they relocated our modem hookup to another room. The second time, they fixed a few outlets, switches, & light sockets. Communication has always been great, we have always been able to get on their schedule within a week or two, everyone has been very professional, and the prices have always been very reasonable. The work performed was 4.5 stars.

The wiring for my fan and light in the bathroom was messed up so I asked Santiago electric to come service the issue.

Technician (Hector) was great and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

I had also asked to have a couple outlets wired for GFCI and the technician did them for an extra charge. Overall I am satisfied with the work they performed and would use them again if there were any other electrical issues.

I also appreciate the follow up call from them after services were performed to see how they could do better and if there was any feedback for them. Good customer service goes a long way!

Highly recommend this company. He came at a short notice was very professional and explaining everything he did into detail. The price was very reasonable.
