Santana Electric did not know the process of how to turn power back on after a shut-off, and therefore delays were unnecessarily excessive. Narei, their secretary was unknowledgeable and rude. The company excessively overcharged for their work. Find another electrician.

What a great company! We called last minute for electrical work and they were so accommodating with our schedule changes. From the initial person who listened to what we needed, to the lady scheduling the appt, and the electrician - it was an awesome and easy process. They seemed extremely knowledgeable and flexible. He explained what he was doing and showed me himself that everything worked when it was done so I feel confident in their work. Definitely would recommend and will use again.

I had Santana Electric come out for a big job doing electric heaters and all kinds of things last year and now they're the only electricians I will ever use. They are on time, polite, professional and do really good, licensed work. We've had some trouble shooting problems with an old house and it's nice to have electricians that can see things a mile down the road. The owner even came to the house to check up on things which is nice to see with a bigger company. We upgraded the whole house in San Diego and now they are doing jobs for us all the way in Temecula. I'm very fortunate to have found a solid electrician that I trust.

Eddie is the best and they do all devices electrical. Santana Electric upgraded our entire outdated panel and completed other electrical work. They also installed our 210 outlet for our electric car charger. Highly recommended!

Eddie and his crew are just amazing. Had them completely wire my church, my home, soon installing my Tesla wall charger, and does some of the best work I've ever experienced. Anything electrical will ALWAYS go to Eddie first. He's consistent, dependable, competitively priced, and a straight shooter. He has ALWAYS finished my job for less than I anticipated, faster than I anticipated, and my God is he good at communicating. Electricians are hard to find and I'm glad I've got one I can always rely on.

If I could give Santana Electric 10 stars I would! We have worked with Eddie and his crew for over a year and a half, slowly updating our 90 year old home with new electrical. In the beginning we had him remove the old knob and tube wiring without taking down the plaster walls (we just patched the holes left), but in the last job we fully gutted the kitchen and they removed the 90YO wiring and ran all new electrical and ceiling lights. I have kept Eddie through this whole process because he is reliable, honest, shows up, answers phone calls, returns phone calls, and has a reliable crew. He's never flaked on us or left us in dark on when he'll be back to continue work. I wish I could find a contractor as reliable and trustworthy as Eddie! We've been through 3 contractors now with this home remodel and wouldn't recommend a single one. I don't care if they dislike that we use our own electrician because Eddie is the best and most reliable person we've found through this whole process!
