Matt M.Phoned today and explained I would like a free estimate for a new breaker installation for our heat pump. I asked if they did free estimates and she could have just answered and said ""no"". Instead, the girl on the phone said they would have to diagnose the problem and that would entail a service call fee. After explaining that I only needed an estimate, not a service call, she rudely and abruptly said they wouldn't just come out for free so I ended the call. They certainly will not be getting any business from us.
