In 2007, he moved to Charleston to work as a Systems Engineer at SAIC, assisting Marcorsyscom. Throughout this time, he developed multiple power systems that were fielded to Marines serving overseas. Roz D.Called this company for electrical repairs and spoke with Micheal. We set up an appointment time. He did a no call, no text and complete no show. When I texted him back, he responded an emergency happened. I told him I understand, but a quick text, phone call would have been nice at his earliest convenience. I waited for 2 hours no call back or text. He wasn't even courteous to reschedule. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time with this company. I had to call Charleston Electric to get the job done!
