Roz D.Called this company for electrical repairs and spoke with Micheal. We set up an appointment time. He did a no call, no text and complete no show. When I texted him back, he responded an emergency happened. I told him I understand, but a quick text, phone call would have been nice at his earliest convenience. I waited for 2 hours no call back or text. He wasn't even courteous to reschedule. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time with this company. I had to call Charleston Electric to get the job done!
