He transitioned to Charleston in 2007 to take on the role of Systems Engineer at SAIC, where he supported Marcorsyscom. During this period, he designed various power systems deployed to Marines overseas. After several years, he concluded it was best to start his own company. Roz D.Called this company for electrical repairs and spoke with Micheal. We set up an appointment time. He did a no call, no text and complete no show. When I texted him back, he responded an emergency happened. I told him I understand, but a quick text, phone call would have been nice at his earliest convenience. I waited for 2 hours no call back or text. He wasn't even courteous to reschedule. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time with this company. I had to call Charleston Electric to get the job done!
