Norm answered the phone when I called, quoted me a price and repaired our toilet the very next day. He even emailed me the receipt. I definitely recommend Norm and will for sure call him again myself. Yay!

Norman is a great handyman that does very high quality work. He takes his time to get the job done right and doesn't cut corners. I've had Norman do a few jobs around the house included removing some garage cabinetry, fixing the electrical power in a garden shed (very difficult to diagnose), installing undercabinet lights in my kitchen, repairing a bunch of dry rot wood siding, and repairing a outdoor stone veneer wall. I've found him to been honest, reliable, and someone who communicates well throughout. I would happily hire him again.

Norman saved the day! I was attempting to change a lock, which was supposed to be an easy job. Of course, it wasn't. I removed the back panel while the latch was in locked position. I ended up locking myself from the inside. I called a locksmith who quoted ridiculously high. I decided to try a handyman and phoned Norman who picked up right away. He thankfully was in the area and arrived within minutes. He unlocked the door easily. Not only did he get the job done but what really impressed me was his response time and honesty. Overall great experience.

This review is for Norman and John. I needed some light ductwork in our attic done. Norman called me the same day and asked for the inspection report so he could see the description of the issue. Then referred me to John (this was on Friday). John contacted me and said he could do the job within an hour on the following Tuesday morning. His quote was reasonable vs. others. John showed up on time and completed the project as described within about an hour. Process was completely painless -- two thumbs up!!

This review is for Ray, the plumber that Norman will refer you to if you're in need of certain plumbing repairs. Ray called me without delay to discuss the project and set an appointment to view the project . He arrived on time, was honest and available within a few days to do the job. The job was a bit tricky and definitely required both patience and experience. I was delighted to discover that just as he promised, he had plenty of both. He never seemed bothered by what I'm sure he thought was a ""PITA"" job. The work turned out awesome, I couldn't have been more pleased. I will call Ray for future work without hesitation.

So all I know about Norman is that he doesn't do jobs above his comfort level and can refer you to the right person.
