We suffered a power outage that selectively knocked out our furnace-A/C system and our television. I called San Mateo Electric and arranged for someone to come out the following afternoon since we're in a heat wave. Mike answered the phone and was the person who came out to our house. Instead of coming in the afternoon, he called in the morning and asked if it was convenient for him to come earlier (which it was). We had PG&E come out the previous day (as Mike suggested) who confirmed that it was an internal problem and not one involving our breaker box. Mike was quickly able to identify the faulty switchbox in our home and rewire it. He was quick and corrected the problem rapidly. Great service! We will use them again if we have any electrical issues.

I called San Mateo Electric to get a bid to install LED under counter lights in our kitchen. He said he could do it and their hourly rate was $300.00 per hour. I thouht that rate was way too high!

Had a circuit break trip that would not reset. Called and spoke with Mike and he walked me through getting it reset (push as hard as you can on the reset lever as it is mechanical and sometimes requires a lot of force to reset it, it eventually reset and now works).

I highly recommend Mike Delfino. I called him during the holidays with a small, small job that was highly inconvenient with kids home and the holiday rush. But Mike was very kind and helped me in the quickest most reasonable way. And the house is back. to normal now. I will definitely call him again for any other needs, big or small.

Mike spent 1.5 calling different supply stores to locate a part that was difficult to find and managed to have the part ready the next day. He replaced the guts of the panel with ease. I could tell Mike is a very resourceful person and is an extremely capable electrician.  When Mike is at the job, I can relax and know that he will get the job done right.
