If I could NOT give any stars I would. The women who work up front are ruthless especially Pam. If someone asks for an extension & they don't give it to you then say ""well if your electric gets cut off you'll be ok it's not going to be that hot."" Like are you serious! Knowing damn well it's been over 102 degrees outside! They discriminate against people so bad in there it's not even funny!

As big and thriving a city as San Marcos has become, it is pitiful how ill-equipped these folks are. A simple case of forgetting to update the expiration date of one's credit card or other miscommunication should not result in having both your water and electricity cut off, without notice, and without an option to remedy it. The automated phone system will sure take your payment, but sure won't set up an order to restore service. Talk to a human? Yeah, we did that too. The only human available was a snarky message-taking person, who had access to the account information, but either couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it. Effing joke.
