My father's water heater needed to be replaced suddenly. San-Marco Electric came quickly to hard wire it and they handled all of the permits quickly.

Gave them $10,000 plus business over the last few years and Marc the owner complained that I asked for some repairs due to his companies mistakes. It's outrageous to be told to find another electrician because I asked them to fix a few items I already paid for. Perhaps they need to get more experienced electricians to do service so they don't need to come back!

Called Mark for an estimate for a whole house generator. He told me 4 weeks and asked for a 50% deposit. I sent him deposit and contract and asked him to acknowledge deposit and that the generator would be installed in 4 or 5 weeks, within the time he said. He called me clearly annoyed and told me he's returning my deposit, that nobody tells him his schedule! Now he told me 4 weeks! I asked him to acknowledge 4 to 5 weeks. He is not very professional in my opinion, and clearly not a man of his word.

Call him on a Thursday to see if he could hook up my spa .
I got the answering machine and thought oh here we go won't get a call back ,
But within a half hour they call and said they would be there Monday morning .
Came in told my wife what we needed and started work right away
They were all done by Tuesday .
Can't say enough fantastic job .
