Dan is an outstanding electrician and can do anything that you need related to the electrical trade. When he is requested for a task (or several), he shows up when he says he will. This is not something that you find in a lot of other contractors.

His work is great and his prices are fair.

Sorry. Dan comes highly recommended. He blew me off 3 times. I have to move on. Sucks. If you're too busy, tell me. I get it. You're too busy. Dan wouldn't commit at all. Just made ""maybe promises"" and never showed. My life doesn't revolve San Diego Wire Nut and Dan Varner. I needed an electrician. There's other licensed electricians. I don't recommend San Diego Wire Nut.

I highly recommend Dan and his guys for light installation. They installed a chandelier in a very high entryway, three other indoor light fixtures, three LED dimmer switches, and two outdoor sconces in record time and for an extremely reasonable price (on a Saturday!). Dan clearly loves and takes pride in his work.

He was in constant contact from the day I hired him through ordering parts and scheduling. It was just days from the time he ordered parts to the install date. I didnt have to wait weeks like I would with another company. The final bill was a bit lower than his quote. His crew is courteous, fast, accurate, on time, and respectful.
