I called on a Monday which was also a holiday and someone answered right away (somewhat rare in this area). They couldn't come out until the following morning but it wasn't an emergency so that was fine. I can't remember the name of the person who came but he was friendly. He was pretty quick to diagnose the issue and correct it for me. I'm happy with the experience. I haven't got the bill yet and I forgot to ask about their rates so I can't speak to those but I would recommend you give them a call if you need some electrical help!

Prompt and courteous service even during a weekend call. Needed outside power line work done so my power could be restored at home and most other businesses I called were either closed or wouldn't even come to do an estimate until 2 days later. Definitely recommend their services.
