If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the most unorganized and unprofessional service company ever! We have been waiting a month for a part for our dishwasher and we are still waiting. When we try to call half the time the number doesn't work or goes to voicemail. They finally told us the part was on back order after we called them on 3 separate occasions inquiring about the problem for the hold up. There is no ""same day"" service at all. Im hoping for same year at this point!

I have been waiting for my dishwasher repair for over 3 months now. From my last conversation with this company, the part was already in stock and they were waiting to schedule an appointment. However, that was over 3 weeks ago and I still have not received a call to schedule this. Don't bother even calling, they turn their phone off the hook so they can't be reached. You're lucky if you reach them after 30-40 calls.
After looking at their business address, I noticed that it is linked to a P.O. Box at a UPS store in Natomas. If it weren't for my homeowners insurance going through them, I would never do business with again. If you are given an option, go elsewhere.

Delayed scheduling, canceled visits, no-show, faulty diagnosis, faulty repair, and in accurate billing. I have been trying to get a washing machine repaired for two months using this company which I must do because of my home warranty policy. I have spent hours on the phone and countless hours waiting for their arrival. Avoid using this company at all cost.

Same day...that's a joke, right? I was without a working oven for 2 months. Their ""tech"" Ben was rude and incompetent. He asked for a wire coat hanger to fix my stuck oven latch. He turned off the electricity in my home, but even though I asked the office to NOT have him return, he came back a 2nd time...2 months later. He asked my adult son where the electrical panel was...I told my son that he turned it off the first time he was there with no problem. He said it was a long time ago. Yeah, I know...I've been without an oven for those 2 months. And then the ""tech "" Ben told my son that I didn't want to replace the broken glass. Seriously? I was told on multiple occasions that the glass and parts were unavailable. I only used this company because of my home warranty, but I will NEVER contact them for anything in the future.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided in fixing our dryer. We used our home warranty and Same Day Service had a technician out in two days. They kept us informed throughout the scheduling and arrival of the technician. The technician (Ben) was very knowledgeable and kept us informed at all times while the repairs were made. Than you for the great customer service. I will be requesting Same Day Service next time I need service.

My warranty company Cinch Home Services forced to me to use Same Day Appliance. Same day never called me back in a timely manner, they disconnected when I was on hold, they misdiagnosed my appliance's problem, They took several weeks to get the wrong parts. All in all a nightmare experience. I wound up canceling my home service contract and had to get a reputable appliance repair company to come out and fix my machine. I would not use either Cinch or Same Day Appliance under any circumstances.

This company is Awesome and the dispatcher Kristyn is very polite and very helpful. I had a problem with my dryer and they replaced my control board. My dryer went from not working at all to working like brand spanking New. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs. Thank You SameDay Appliance

After working on my washer the leak was working rendering it unusable. After coming back out they said they would return the next day to complete the repair after getting a new part. He didn't show up and no message. The following morning I called, now 7-10 days to wait for the part. That will make it nearly 2 weeks without a washing machine. Unacceptable!

Terrible company!!!! Came out to fix the dryer missed
Diagnosed it the first time and ordered a control panel that took over 1 month to get then that didn't work so they replaced a bunch of fuses and relays didn't work. So finally ordered and replaced another control panel and finally fixed it. It took over 2 months to fix the dryer and we we're without a dryer the whole time. Terrible communication the entire time. Find another company or you'll be sorry.

Most inept company I have ever dealt with. The guy came to fix our oven door and had to order a part. We didn't hear anything for six weeks. I left a voicemail, did not hear back. A week later, left another voicemail and did not hear back. A few days later they finally called to schedule an appointment for the following week. The day of that appointment they called to say that they were driver issues and they had to reschedule. The following week when they were due to come, they said that the part they had ordered was defective, and they needed to order another part. When they call to schedule a time, they offer you one time, and the person who calls is unable to offer any other times, and has to have someone call you back. We are still waiting
