If you're looking for a local appliance repair company, these people are a good option. We have an under the counter Viking refrigerator that just stopped working. We called our home warranty company and they dispatched Same Day Appliance Repair. The technician came out fairly quick and identified the problem immediately. Unfortunately, many parts needed to be special ordered, but when they arrived the technician came back out and fixed it right up. It's basically a whole new fridge and it works better than ever! I almost forgot to mention, because the parts were special ordered and they took a while to arrive, the repair company called frequently and gave me updates on the ETA. What more can you ask for? Thanks guys and gals for the professional service and courtesy.

This company is a scam. We have been dealing with them for months and they have not been able to fix our fridge. The techs have poor English, doesn't communicate or return phone calls. I went through them from my home warranty and it was the biggest mistake to send them out. They do not return phone calls or bother to keep us updated on what is going on. Amit the owner doesn't own up to the damage he did to our house because of the inlet valve he replaced. Our flooring is now wet, lifting and bubbling because of him. he constantly lies about when he'll get back to us just to not hear a call or any correspondence of that matter. They only communicate through text and are very shady with their business practices. Please think twice before you use them you'll regret the decision. Look at their piss poor previous reviews I've should have known better when they arrived in unmark vehicles. Please see the pictures of my floor and ask yourself is this what you want from your tech? I went with another company in Lodi and they were able to fix my fridge correctly the first time. Use trusty applicance repair in lodi ca and ask for Pett or Lisa.

We have used Sameday Appliance Repair several times now. They are reliably on time within the 3 hour window I scheduled for. The technicians were curteous, clean, and professional, with seemingly years of experience because diagnoses, repairs and installations have been accomplished so quickly that I had more free time for myself than anticipated! The first time we used Sameday was when we had an emergency refrigerator problem; they came after 7pm the same day!

I may be reviewing Sameday with more exuberance than necessary, but the contrast made by comparing their brand of service to that I expect from others is striking. In recent years, service providers' accountability has fallen on the wayside to higher profit margins. Consumers are made to feel as though we must be grateful for any service provided, no matter the manner it may be sandbagged upon us. In little and in big ways, Sameday stands apart from the other appliance repair companies we have tried!

Called to see if someone could take a look at my dryer as it wasn't working all of a sudden after having electricity issues. After calling, they gave us a 3 hour window of when they would arrive. When the repair man came, he looked at the dryer and determined that the board needed to be replaced. We asked if it would be better to buy a brand new dryer all together, but he stated fixing the board would be way less than purchasing a new dryer. He said someone from the office would call the next day for a quote. After receiving a call from their office with quote, we agreed and confirmed a date/time when my dryer would be repaired. The window for me was 3-7pm, and the repairman arrived around 425pm. He replaced the board and my dryer was up and running again. It literally took less than 15 minutes to repair. He showed me it was working and he explained if there were any issues with it to call the office.

Repairman was really nice and friendly. Would recommend this place to my friends and to some of my neighbors.

I called when my refrigerator stopped working properly. I had made an emergency appointment with Sears. They gave me the earliest time which was in 4 days. We have medicine which has to be kept cold. That was not going to work. When I called Sameday I had a fantastic gentleman at my door within the hour. He was able to figure out the issue right away. He had the part in his van and fixed it right away. Excellent customer service. I have an issue with two other appliances. I will set an appointment and ask for the same man I am so pleased with. Thank you

Worst company in customer service! Office set my appointment twice for a 3 hour window in which a 30 min call prior was requested. They said they would call but no call was given. When the tech arrived at my home they only gave me 10 minutes to get there or they would leave. I couldn't make the time line given so they then refused to do the requested repair.

I had Sears home warranty and they sent me to Same Day Appliance repair for service on my oven. As usual they give you a window of time (2pm - 6pm) and you take off work to be there.....then they don't show......Oh wait.......they came at 7:15PM on a work night! No phone call, just showed up without any concern of the time. With life as hectic as it is with work, kids, dogs, and trying to make dinner....we decided it was cheaper to buy a new stove.
AND SEARS WARRANTY.......TERRIBLE. This was the third time we used our warranty and three times their service Technicians didn't show up or call!

Your Staff found the part that only 1 existed in the United States. Amazing Staff. Amit and his assistant were on time. The job completed quickly and inexpensive. Most of All , Amit and his trainee were knowledgeable and helpful in their chosen field. I already began to refer them to my friend's. A+++ for your company's grade.

They have a teacher / student thought process in the sharing of Knowledge. Amit willingly took information from me to help other people whose calling may not be in Appliance repair. Amit accepted the information I gave him. The Success of a business is the Heart of the lead technician.

It warmed my Heart to see how a Master/Amit was training his student.

This company is here to stay.

I bought a house and it came with Old Republic insurance. My microwave broke and Old Republic was sent to fix it. There is a four hour window for the tech to arrive, so it means waiting half a work day. The tech came replaced the fuse and it worked... for two days. It took 3 days for them to come back and they promised to call with a more accurate arrival time, but did not. Another half day waiting. The tech came back could not figure out why the fuse blew, replaced the fuse, said he'd probably have to be back again and sure enough the unit only worked for 3 days. Now I have no working microwave, and no date for repair and when I do, it will be another 4 hour window with no assurance of real repair and another half day wasted. So annoying!
