I hired him for a paint touch up job, he said he ll charge $250 and use the leftover paint from the last job.

He used FLAT paint to touch up Semi Gloss paint.

I called him twice to come and fix it he said he's already done the job.

Will never hire him again.

So he messaged me to come fix the paint on Sunday but I told him I hired someone already since he didn't admit his mistake the 2 times I called. I asked him to refund me my money and this is his reply...

I cannot do that Because I spend the time you give me the paint you didn't say which one for which wall I checked just checked the John Day was writing in the top of the can this is part of the wall and I did the job for you this is not my fault this is your fault because you have to give me the paint you say this is the paint for the wall knocked me

Sam was super responsive, had someone out to take care of our job the same day, and the pricing was reasonable.

WOW. This man is amazing. Sam is an encyclopedia when it comes to home repairs. He knows how to do everything. I called with a long list of things I needed repaired around my condo. I moved into a new house and needed help placing a heavy mirror and clock on the wall, I found him on yelp at 7 pm called him and he came right away and did exactly what I needed. I was so happy with his work that I called him when my air conditioning broke and he came same day and fixed it. He is very professional, quick, and extremely affordable. I would recommend him for any job!!!! He does great work on flooring also !!

I called Sam in regards to the new condo that I just moved into. We had a plumbing problem as well as we needed some electrical lighting fixed within our bathroom and living room area and Sam was able to do everything very quickly and efficiently for us. The best part of Sam handyman is that his pricing was very reasonable and the level of professionalism was outstanding! I was happy to get him as a handyman because not only was he honest but he was great in communicating what was truly wrong with in our apartment. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for honest professional and reasonable handyman. He even did extra touch ups without charging us or letting us know. He was amazing I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

Sam came by my place of work to take care of a buzzing sound coming from the ceiling. His ladder dented my wall and scratched the paint off. He emailed me a bill for the inspection and a proposal for the total cost to fix it. I emailed him back twice letting him know there was wall damage and that while we were interested in moving forward with him, we'd still need to repair the wall. He has not responded. Very unprofessional and careless.

Came out to do a job at my house. I even paid him extra to come sooner. He said he needed to wait for the work to dry before coming back to finish the next day. I agreed and paid him in full. I called the next day to follow up and he wanted to charge me the full amount AGAIN as a trip charge to come finish the job I had already paid for. Total scam.
