Sal & Sons is the right company to hire for a variety of electrical problems or needs. Sal's work was top-notch! He completed several jobs at my house: installed an exhaust fan, light fixtures, recessed light, replaced and rewired outlets, etc. He's definitely an expert electrician who takes pride in his work. I contacted Saul to get an EV charger installed at my house. He responded very quickly and set up a time with me to come out and take a look at what exactly I needed. When he got here he was very respectful and explained exactly how everything was going to work and talked with me to make sure that I was going to receive exactly what I wanted. He gave me the best quote out of everybody. I had contacted other companies and they didn't even make the effort to come to my property to look. They just gave me a quote. He asked when I needed the project done and I said as soon as possible. He was here the very next day, by himself installing everything I needed for my EV charger. He did everything in a timely manner and was very nice and explain everything he was doing step-by-step. Once he was done, he made sure that my charger was working perfectly and insured me if I ever had any issues he would be sure to come back and fix them if needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is needing any electrical work done. He's is very knowledgeable in his line of work. 10/10 would recommend.

Called and set up time to come out, even quoted a price. Sal said they usually don't like coming out where I live because it's far...but if it was worth they're while they would. So I expected them to show. But it was a no show, no call back, no nothing.

We had another electrician do work for us that was questionable. Sal came in and explained how he would have done everything and pointed things out that could be problematic. If I would have known, I would have hired him in the first place. These guys really know what they are doing.

I contacted sal and sons electric for an outlet issue and scheduled an appt for 3/22. They gave me a time window of 3-5pm. I contacted them close to 5 that day since I didn't hear from them. I was told that they were running a little behind from the last job, which is understandable, so I asked if they would be able to still come. I was told that they would be there soon. I thought ok, no problem. After that, it was 6:30pm and still haven't showed up. I, then texted them at the number we've been communicating to ask if they were still coming because we moved around our schedule to make sure my husband and I would be available. I did not recieve a response. They never showed up. I felt that I was ""ghosted"" by a professional business and that had never happened to me before. 8pm hit and still no word. Never responded or heard from them again. I felt so disrespected. I've used them once before in the past and they were nice, but til this day, I have yet to hear from anyone. An apology would have been nice. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. How do you make an appointment with a client and not show up or even communicate that they would not be coming. Unprofessional and just not considerate of people's time.

My wife wanted lighting and ceiling fans upgraded in our home, along with getting a broken guest bathroom exhaust fan fixed. She wanted it done ""Yeaturday""!!! I contacted a few electricians, who said they would get back to me and one that completely blew me off! I then stumbled on to Sal and Son's Electric. Sal actually answered the phone, and after getting some brief details, he came over to take a look at what I needed done...After he thoroughly checked things out and quoted a price, we made an appointment to do the work.

He arrived a few days later, with all of his equipment and products to complete the job. He was professional, detailed and diligent with each task. The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction!!! I am very pleased with the results...This is the only electrician I will call in the future...
