We needed an outdoor GFI outlet installed in front of our house, so we called this electrician company.  Chris promptly answered my call and we were able to schedule an appointment.  They arrived on time as scheduled and well prepared.  Chris and Carlos were very professional and did a great job at a fair price.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends!  We'll be using them again for any electrical needs!

r years and years, we have had nothing but bad luck when it comes to hiring electricians. Now it is safe to say, we have finally found an experienced and knowledgeable company that is able to help us with all our electrical needs. We recently contacted them to help us with our store's electrical issues. After having numerous companies send technicians who had no idea what they were doing and just making assumptions about what they thought ""might"" be the problem, we finally found a company who could give us solid explanations about what the problem really is, what the reason and cause for it is as well as the best solution to fix the problem and avoid future headaches for the long run. This company is honest and reliable, they come to the appointment on time, process everything in a timely manner, do their job, and fix the problem as they promise. They stand behind their word and do as they say, which is rare these days. We understand commercial properties have more complicated electrical setups and we are glad the knowledge and experience behind this company allow them to quickly understand the problem and help us reach a solution. We're very impressed with the customer service the team had the entire time we got to work together on our extended part of the house. They installed a smoke detector, a couple of outlets, and security system! They worked very fast and didn't waste any time. I compared prices with other companies and this one had the best deal as well as the most friendly customer service. All the installations are perfect! I definitely recommend.

My panel breaker that keeps tripping was fixed expertly by Sako today. He arrived on time with all the common parts needed for the repair. He checked and looked for the problem the moment he arrived and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. It was really a satisfying service at a very affordable price. I have used this LA electric business several times now in the past year in connection with a number of projects around the house.  I've had a great experience each time; they have always been punctual and got the job done on time.

The most recent project - just completed - was the upgrade of my electrical panel.  Most of the work was done by Gabriel with Scott's help as needed.  Gabriel identified a couple of circuits that required attention to bring them up to code. The new panel is up and running and looks great!

We hired them to complete work that we had paid someone else to do 4 years ago only to find out they did a shoddy job and didn't actually do everything they were supposed to. The issue was knob and tube wiring throughout our condo. The previous electrician under bid on the job and didn't complete it and we only found out during an inspection when we were trying to sell. The techs understood the urgency during a real estate transaction and came over and did a thorough and complete inspection and identified all the problems. Their estimate was realistic and he explained the difficulty of finding and replacing all the knob and tube, especially since ours had been sealed up during a previous attic renovation. Their estimates are just that - estimates. They bill on the actual time and materials cost. Our estimate was on the upper end, but when the work was complete, they charged us less because it did not take as long as he thought. They also cautioned us before they started that if it took longer than they thought it could have gone up. I think this is a completely fair approach. The crew were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, clean, and thoughtful. We have a lot of books and they needed to get behind the bookshelves. Their team took them out and put back all the books more than once. They had to cut holes in the walls but kept the dust to a minimum. They were fabulous with our family, answering his numerous questions and after our smoke detectors were set off by dust, they covered them with dust protectors for the rest of the job since they knew they scared our family dog. I can't speak highly enough of the whole team. This was the second time we had them do a job for us and it won't be the last. If you are looking for a trustworthy, high quality electrician who takes pride in his service to his customers, look no further!

While trying to figure out why my dryer wasn't working, the dryer sparked and triggered the local circuit breaker to totally shut down. All the lights and power wasn't working on a Saturday morning. I called this company.. After explaining the situation, I was told that I might have triggered the main circuit breaker to shut down. I was told to 1) unplug the dryer and 2) check main circuit breaker. I didn't know where the main breaker was and was told that it was probably located where the power company would check the meter. So I told the man I spoke with that I would try to find it and call them back if I couldn't locate it. Fortunately, I did find it. Noticed one of the switches was off. I flipped it and the power was restored!!! I didn't need anyone to come out and he saved me from being charged.

Prior to calling them , I texted another electrician that I had previously used with the information I had given them.. (Since I wasn't able to reach that person, I called them back .) After a power was restored, I finally received a reply text from that electrician - asking me if I wanted him to come out for an ""emergency visit"". I thought, ""wow, the fix was just to flip a switch - what would that electrician charge me for coming out for an emergency visit?""

I will definitely call you guysfor any future electrical needs. His concern was that the solution was possibly an easy fix and that I could probably take care of the situation myself than to make a needless call to just earn some easy money. Thank you !

Great service if your lightening is not working properly or if you need to install a home theater. I called last week for my outdoor lightening issue and it was resolved the same week. I would recommend to others from now on. I had a home theater installation with them in the past and it all went well too.
