Scheduled an appointment with this electrician and was told to be there at 1 PM. I rearranged my whole day to make it work--and they never showed up. No call, no message, nothing. I was told they would give me a virtual assessment of the cost of my job but he got on the phone kept asking if that was my only job and didn't give me an estimate. Super unprofessional and honestly feels like a scam. Don't waste your time like I did. I hope no one ever hires them. I'll make sure no one in my circle does.

Michael and his guys are great ! They showed up on time and did exactly what I wanted. They installed a 200amp panel, a sub panel and an anker FX3800 smart panel for my battery back up. They also installed a Tesla charger. Saiyan electric has very reasonable competitive prices and are very courteous. They also created some dedicated circuits for some heavy loads. I highly recommend this company. Great work indeed.

Giving this company 5 starts without hesitation. Contacted them because 1/2 of my house lost power. The problem (faulty light switch) was quickly identified and repaired. Had a new outlet installed in the laundry room which was also done quickly and without a lot of mess. Professionalism is top notch. Arrived early and later sent an estimate for reworking switch throughout the rest of the house. Highly recommended!

I am really very disappointed with Saiyan Electrical, I needed a panel upgrade because it kept tripping if anything was ran. I was also going to be adding a mini split AC which I knew needed a dedicated line.
But what I ended up getting was 200 amp upgrade panel, which did nothing to change my situation with the overloading and tripping, because it was put together the same way. Michael even told me how he set it up for his mom with a lot of breakers for her kitchen because she did a lot of things in her kitchen, leading me to believe that the breakers world be spread out with load. However, I did not get anything changed.
There was a waterline that was never used and did not leak which is leaking now. He said the installers told him about it, but they didn't do it. Even though my stucco contractor, reached out to him, because he noticed it immediately at his visit today.
In fact, even though there's a 200 amp panel, I'm still only getting 100 unless I contact Edison ( which I was not informed of) to tell them that I have 200 amp. Which would be more money for the same thing. So,I will basically spend $4300 for a big electrical panel that changed nothing in My Home whatsoever despite being told otherwise. When I contacted Michael at Saiyan Electrical moments after the installers had left to tell them that it was still tripping. He told me it was going to, and if I wanted it to be where breakers are separated per room etc,. It would be more money.

I had an awesome technician come by and managed to fix my outlet problem. Even in a 100°F weather. I definitely will contact them again if I have any more issues.

Michael came the same day, fixed the outlet, and even found another circuit and suggested some additional options that better suited the load required so I didn't blow the outlet again. I've got a few more projects in the next few months and I will enthusiastically call him to work on those!

Michael was amazing...! He called me almost instantly after I sent a request for service and was able to come out the same day. He has a very nice demeanor about him, very mature for a young man. He was very straightforward and was able to communicate extremely well. I own a building in Santa Monica and will definitely use him for our next project.
