Scheduled an appointment and he actually missed the appointment. I called to complain as I had missed work for the appointment. He apologized and rescheduled for the next day. Someone came out free of charge to make up for the mis-communication. Fixed my problem right away with no issues. Excellent customer service very satisfied, would deff call again. Good customer service is important and I appreciated the fast follow-up

I called Jason on a Sunday for an electrical problem at my house. He arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The cost for his services was very reasonable. I had the opportunity of calling Jason out for a small electrical fix in our house. Which he did quickly and professionally. So we had Sage Electronics provide an estimate for installing LED canned lighting in our living room.

We have an older house that didn't have any central lighting put in, and we were just done with the terrible lighting and stupid lamps.

The estimate was very reasonable. And Jason even provided some recommendations on LED lights that have a remote control smartphone app! Which we loved the idea of. But those lights were not Directional, which was more important to us.

We scheduled the day, and he showed up and did the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job. We are very happy now with the good quality lights we have in the living room. A set of 6 lights on two dim switches. Nice.

I would use Sage Electronics again in a heartbeat, and can highly recommend Jason's company to anyone who asks for a great Electrician.

Yelp does it again! Very professional, fast, reasonable and we now have working lights that don't make a loud buzzing sound! He even switched our fluorescent lights to an energy-saving type without us having to ask. This is the place that I'll go to for any electrical needs in the future.

Had a GFCI outlet go bad and went to Home Depot for a replacement. When I installed the new outlet, the main panel breaker tripped and I couldn't get it reset. Tried a few things, but could not get power to this circuit. I feared the worst, so I called Jason. He was busy with a family event, but rather than call me back, he stepped out and walked me through a few things. After about 15 minutes of troubleshooting, we got power back and all is well!

I am really impressed with Jason as he was extremely patient and really wanted to get this resolved, even though there was a strong possibility that I wasn't going to be a paying customer.

The next time I have an electrical issue, I'll be calling Sage.

Jason is professional, courteous and his price for his time, travel and the job he did was more than reasonable considering I live in the city of Sacramento. I called him on Thursday about a light that stopped working. He gave me an estimate and told me he would call me and come by the next day. He was not only on time but early. He and another employee asked if they should take their shoes off which I appreciate because we don't wear shoes in my house. He figured out the problem and suggested I replace the light fixture and he would install it for me. He came back 2 days later on a Sunday to install the new fixture and fix another small issue I had (he replaced the light switch in my guest bathroom). I will definitely use him for any future electrical issues.

Had a small job, which was to replace an electric outlet in my kitchen. Pretty simple I thought. I turned off both kitchen GFI switches in my breaker box and attempted to do this minor job. To my surprise, I felt the electrical current! What the....???

I called him to get some advice and he said I should just turn off the main switch to be sure, as sometimes the switches in the box get mislabeled (Thanks Ryland homes!). Talked to my wife and we called him back and asked if he could do it. He said he could do it the following morning. It was about 7PM and we asked him if he could do it that night and he said he'd come right over in 15 minutes!

He came over and was very friendly. He stepped inside and the first thing he asked was whether he needed to take off his shoes. That was very kind for him to ask (so many don't even ask and walk all over with their grungy boots where our kids play).

Took him about 10 minutes and he completed the job. We thought that he would have to turn off the main and he figured it out. It was the connection labeled washer!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. It didn't cost us a lot and it was quick. We feel a lot better that a professional changed the switch and I didn't do it myself. He offered to walk me through it, but there's just some things I'd rather pay for and changing a kitchen GFI switch is one of them.
