I've done a lot of simple residential electrical work and thought I could install a 3 paired set of dimmer switches. I ran into trouble and couldn't figure it out - frustrated after trying many things I got to the point where I would be happy to pay a professional. I started from the top of the Yelp list down - the first six I called I either got voicemail or they answered and said they were too busy. Jason @ Sage answered my call on a Saturday, was honest and said: ""I'm tied up at home watching my kids, wife is gone, but tell me what you need - maybe I can help you"". I texted him the install instructions for the dimmer switch and together we solved it over the phone. I was so happy with his willingness to help I offered to pay him - he said don't worry about it. Jason is my new electrician and will recommend him to my friends.

I called and left a message about my home problem at 9 AM on 1/4/16. It is now 10AM on 1/5/16 and no returned call. It must be nice to have business so good you can ignore customers. This morning I called BRIAN ELECTRIC and they were out to my home and fixed the problem WITHIN AN HOUR!

Scheduled an appointment and he actually missed the appointment. I called to complain as I had missed work for the appointment. He apologized and rescheduled for the next day. Someone came out free of charge to make up for the mis-communication. Fixed my problem right away with no issues. Excellent customer service very satisfied, would deff call again. I called Jason on a Sunday for an electrical problem at my house. He arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The cost for his services was very reasonable. I had the opportunity of calling Jason out for a small electrical fix in our house. Which he did quickly and professionally. So we had Sage Electronics provide an estimate for installing LED canned lighting in our living room.

We have an older house that didn't have any central lighting put in, and we were just done with the terrible lighting and stupid lamps.

The estimate was very reasonable. And Jason even provided some recommendations on LED lights that have a remote control smartphone app! Which we loved the idea of. But those lights were not Directional, which was more important to us.

We scheduled the day, and he showed up and did the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job. We are very happy now with the good quality lights we have in the living room. A set of 6 lights on two dim switches. Nice.

I would use Sage Electronics again in a heartbeat, and can highly recommend Jason's company to anyone who asks for a great Electrician.

Yelp does it again! Very professional, fast, reasonable and we now have working lights that don't make a loud buzzing sound! He even switched our fluorescent lights to an energy-saving type without us having to ask. This is the place that I'll go to for any electrical needs in the future.

Had a GFCI outlet go bad and went to Home Depot for a replacement. When I installed the new outlet, the main panel breaker tripped and I couldn't get it reset. Tried a few things, but could not get power to this circuit. I feared the worst, so I called Jason. He was busy with a family event, but rather than call me back, he stepped out and walked me through a few things. After about 15 minutes of troubleshooting, we got power back and all is well!

I am really impressed with Jason as he was extremely patient and really wanted to get this resolved, even though there was a strong possibility that I wasn't going to be a paying customer.

The next time I have an electrical issue, I'll be calling Sage.
