Igor and his team are very professional and prompt. I was referred to them through SMUD and they've provided excellent customer service. I'm new to electric vehicle so I had a lot of questions, Igor was very kind in explaining to me the process and how things would work. He broke it down so I understood the amps and how long it would take for a certain wall charger to fully charge my new Tesla. He was never pushy or expected me to go with his services, which I respected and eventually went with his company to install my electric wall charger. His team of installers were very punctual, showed up during the time we've scheduled and were very diligent with completing the work. Dana, their office admin, was very organized in providing me with all the paperwork and documentation, what I needed to print out and everything I had to do to get the rebates from SMUD. 100% would recommend!

I am GREATLY impressed with the speed and professionalism of Sagan Electric. Vasiliy responded to me almost immediately and was able to put me in touch with his field man Igor within hours of my initial request. Igor came out to my house later that afternoon for a site walk and completely understood my request and requirements to install EV Chargers and an additional receptacle for my RV. The estimate was about where I expected it to be and I gave the green light to proceed. In text message that same evening Igor said he could have his crew at my house the next day bright and early at 6am. WOW! Sure enough the truck rolls up at 6am and they get the job done. The crew was humble and very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. There was no mess left over and they took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and put away as it was when they got there.

I highly recommend Sagan Electric for any of your electrical needs if you are in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area. Communication is outstanding compared to any other contractor I have ever worked with. You won't be disappointed.

Sagan Electric was very easy to work with. They were on-time to start the job, and very professional. We hired them to change out our recessed CFL fixtures in the kitchen to a more streamlined LED style. We also had them move some switches around in a room we were reconfiguring, as well as install new bathroom vent fans. Communication was always very prompt. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.
