Agree with some people who had reviewed them. They are the worst. Got a wrong diagnosis for my unit electric needs. Called different company and the problem was resolved immediately.

Daniel came in very professional and quickly fixed our problem. He was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant demeanor. Would recommend Safewire for anyone in the San Diego area who needs prompt, courteous and efficient electrical work done.

This company was dispatched by First American home warranty to properly diagnose a problem with a flickering fixture. They went out there and the tech stated it was a faulty fixture that would not be covered by the warranty policy. So I paid the $85.00 service fee and had to call out another company on my own dime to properly diagnose the problem.
It was not the fixture but the switch in which would have been covered by the warranty. I will now have to pay twice for fixing the problem. I left messages for Safewire to call me back relative to the issue and of course they did not. Whatever you do please do not allow your warranty company to dispatch this shoddy company to your residence.

My experience with Safewire has not been good. They have been to my house three times and the problem has not been resolved. I have made multiple phone calls with the promise they will call back, but they never do. My Home Warranty company chose them. I would never use them again.

Safewire was contracted to me through my home warranty company AHS. My experience was that they arrived on time and were professional and competent. My electrician, Chuck, took me through his entire thought process while diagnosing the issue and recommending a fix. Even after it was apparent it wasn't the kind of thing that would be fixed immediately, I appreciated the care he took in thinking through possible solutions and explaining them.
For my issue it's likely the warranty company won't cover it. That's annoying, but it's not Chuck's fault, he did a great job.

Safewire was sent to us by our home warranty company.
The technician arrived on time.
He was polite, competent and efficient.
He identified the problem immediately and repaired it within minutes.
I recommend this company.

Did not complete service. Gave an inaccurate report to home warranty company. No follow-up. Unreliable. Unprofessional.

Worst company. Horrible communication and follow up. Never fixed my electrical outlet issue. Total scam!

They charged me a lot of $ for coming in for 5 minutes and giving me ""diagnosis"" that my system isn't working (which is what I told them). Customer service was rude as well. Please stay away.
