The women that was sent out from Safewire in Escondido was here for almost 3 hours and didn't fix anything and was telling me this and that wasn't covered.She took apart my fuse box and all.She didn't know what she was doing.
I got a second opinion with First American Warranty and was lucky to get City First Electric TimBeltz.He fixed everything in 30 min.EVERYTHING.
If the assign SAFEWIRE ELECTRIC through your warranty have them change it.

Leticia came out to check the breakers that the HVAC company sent by ""First American Home Warranty"" thought were the problem. She was on time, polite and very competent. She is sending a report to the warranty company that there appears to be adequate power, but she will increase the size of the breakers if they will pay for them.

They are truly the worse company and organization. I should have trust the yelp review. They had the worse scheduling system, and the worse policy they they try to old. We scheduled with her 3 times, and waited for so many house because they had the delay from previous job. They couldnt even wait for more than 5 min before they move on to the next job. They also have the worse communication internally. It is very frustrating, but we are stuck with them due to home warranity. They seriously need to train their team better.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Wanted to charge our ins co 3,055.00 dollars to repair an electrical outlet on our porch.
Our insurance co ""FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY"" refused to approve the repair, which I don't blame them for EXCEPT the insurance, will not reimburse my fees, even though the problem was not fixed, and wanted us to find an electrician, and pay for the repairs.

We do not and will not recommend Safewire to anyone, including my enemies
Please check their review. Horrible. Sad, disappointed, disrespectful, scary.

Their truthfulness...They tell the insurance company they can't reach us in over a month. Can anyone tell me why we would not return a call in over a month to schedule a visit? We've asked FAHW for a new provider...

I asked Safewire to come and fix my wiring. My insurance would pay for part of it, but it didn't cover everything and I would pay cash for the rest. They said ok., fixed the part the insurance covered. Said they would be back for the rest. They never came back and never returned any of my calls. Did not give us the report I asked for. Now I have to pay another service fee to have my electrical finished.

SPAM!!! One bedroom outlet stopped working. Tech can out and COULD NOT FIX a simple outlet! Instead she inspected all my outlets, breaker box and said I ""NEED"" additional dedicated outlets and new wiring throughout walls to solve the single outlet problem. She was going to recommend major upgrades to my warranty provider to ""Fix"" the outlet. Do not let them take pictures!!!! They will set u up. This was a service call through American home shield. Reject this company.

This company is highly unprofessional. They do not respond to phone calls or emails, unless it is beneficial to them. The technician they sent out was very nice but he did not resolve the issue. He told us he would return with a part or replacement. The company then lied to us and never contacted us with any updates. They closed out our service request and refused to respond to our calls or emails. I would never use them again.
