Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Wanted to charge our ins co 3,055.00 dollars to repair an electrical outlet on our porch.
Our insurance co ""FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY"" refused to approve the repair, which I don't blame them for EXCEPT the insurance, will not reimburse my fees, even though the problem was not fixed, and wanted us to find an electrician, and pay for the repairs.
We do not and will not recommend Safewire to anyone, including my enemies
Please check their review. Horrible. Sad, disappointed, disrespectful, scary.

Their truthfulness...They tell the insurance company they can't reach us in over a month. Can anyone tell me why we would not return a call in over a month to schedule a visit? We've asked FAHW for a new provider...

MALCOM from sacramento was amazingly helpful. Came out and super kind explained the issue to me.

I asked Safewire to come and fix my wiring. My insurance would pay for part of it, but it didn't cover everything and I would pay cash for the rest. They said ok., fixed the part the insurance covered. Said they would be back for the rest. They never came back and never returned any of my calls. Did not give us the report I asked for. Now I have to pay another service fee to have my electrical finished.

SPAM!!! One bedroom outlet stopped working. Tech can out and COULD NOT FIX a simple outlet! Instead she inspected all my outlets, breaker box and said I ""NEED"" additional dedicated outlets and new wiring throughout walls to solve the single outlet problem. She was going to recommend major upgrades to my warranty provider to ""Fix"" the outlet. Do not let them take pictures!!!! They will set u up. This was a service call through American home shield. Reject this company.

This company is highly unprofessional. They do not respond to phone calls or emails, unless it is beneficial to them. The technician they sent out was very nice but he did not resolve the issue. He told us he would return with a part or replacement. The company then lied to us and never contacted us with any updates. They closed out our service request and refused to respond to our calls or emails. I would never use them again.

We have been dealing with Safewire for about a month. We called to schedule an appointment for the following week, which we confirmed by email. The following week, there was no Safewire at the appointed time (around 11 a.m.--2 p.m.). We called to see what happened, and the person over the phone said we did not have an appointment set up (WE HAVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION). When they showed up a few days later, they made estimates for the kitchen lighting. We confirmed the next date for the installation of the lighting. A few weeks later, we got a notification that the parts were ready and that they could install the lighting on Monday. We have wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up. We called them back to find out what happened, and Rose said, ""We don't have an appointment set up for today."" I was highly disappointed with the level of service after talking to Rose; I remember she mentioned glitches in their system. At this point, I am finding it hard to believe, especially with email notifications for your appointment. Adios, it's been REAL; we will find someone with better service.

Omg this is literally the worst company i have ever worked with. Through my home warranty AHS.
Horrible service
The guy who comes out says to call someone else for the job that he doesnt want to do it.
Then I'm trying to get into contact with Home Insurance and Safewire keeps denying my claim stating they fixed it and if i want them to go back i have to pay again!!
SCAMMERS!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

These are scammers . Do not ever use them . They are thieves . They came to my house under my insurance and they did not fix anything and lied to my insurance company

My experience with Safewire was exceptional! A bit of background..we remodeled our entire home and the electrician we used did not complete his work to code, overloaded circuits and created some hazards for us that showed up months after the completion of the project when half of the electrical in our home stopped working. We had two additional electricians before Safewire attempt to diagnose our issues and explain a plan to rectify our problems with no luck. Then we heard about Safewire through our home warranty and although the issues weren't covered by our policy, I was so impressed that in a matter of a few hours Daniel from Safewire found the issue (the prior electricians took the entire day and couldn't figure it out) so we took a chance and hired them. The work we needed was extensive (three new circuits) plus we were very concerned about having to cut holes in walls with our newly renovated home in order to run additional wiring (other electricians said we would have to) but Charles and Leticia from Safewire were meticulous and came up with a plan that didn't harm our walls or decor! They took their time to ensure everything was done properly and safely which I completely appreciated as I'd much rather have quality over a rushed job. It even resulted in them catching a few safety issues which they took care of free of charge which I am so thankful for as I am a mom with two kids under two so safety is paramount. They were in my home for 3 days and were so incredibly kind, honest and clear with their communication, and completely earned my trust with their professionalism and skill. We will be remodeling our backyard next and there is no other electrical company I will even consider after my amazing experience with them! :)
