I would recommend this company . Phone representative was friendly and professional . The electrician arrived as scheduled on time. He was polite and very professional. All work was done just like he explained . He even cleaned up after himself. Great service fair pricing . I will be using this company again.

Feeling really frustrated with this company right now. I was having trouble with my under cabinet lighting. The electrician came out, checked things and told me it was just the light bulbs that needed to replaced. We had bulbs for one side and he put them in for us. I went to get bulbs for the other side and they don't work. When I called back, I was told it would be another $175 (on top of the $90 service fee I'd already paid) to replace the light fixture and I would need to buy a new fixture for him to install. How do they know the fixture is defective when he just finished telling me it was fine? They didn't even offer to come back out and look at it again. So angry!

Glenn and his team provided us with great same day service! They were on time, affordable pricing, professional and most of all friendly!! They found the problem and fixed it. No if and's or but's or running around in circles like others, not worth mentioning! Highly recommend them. Can't go wrong with doing it the Safe Way! Thank you guys for all your hard work and taking care of us...

Consumer Alert!
This company overcharges for their services.
$89 for an estimate and $620 for installing two fans if you decide to have them complete the work. The $620 is with a 10% discount.

This company left a broken main 100 amp breaker in the panel . They charged $228 to simply put in a replacement breaker , a two pole 15 that was not working due to the the main overheating (arcing) . Told my mother in law it would cost $3604.94 for a 200 amp panel up grade . She didn't need an upgrade all she needed was a new or refurbished main 100 amp breaker! And replacement guts . I'm a certified electrician found the guts for 175.00 and breaker for 125.00. Was done in under a hour . I can't believe he left that broken main in there what if it had caused a fire that night ?

I wasn't going to post anything but they pushed me! After having a main breaker go out at my house they came and told me that there was over $200 in parts and $500 in labor to get it done total of about $740. After they called the manager at the shop and he was willing to drop the price to $640. Upon going to Home Depot and following the technician I found all the parts were $140 and the labor only took 15 minutes after saying it was going to take hours to get done.Safeway is a crooked company and I would never use them again so you can keep sending me a bill in the mail but I've paid you all I Will pay you.if you want the rest of the money fix my lights that you worked on

The day before New Years Eve 4 of my outlets went dead. I called and they said Albert would be out at 10 AM New Years Eve. Albert is awesome! He was professional, kind and knowledgable. Unfortunately he had to replace ALL outlets in my house. He showed me what the issue was and explained how when house was built it was ok to use outlets without screws, some of them were not even hooked up? Scary. It took him about 5 hours New Years Eve and then he came back New Years day for 4 hours. He even put in GSIs as they did not do them when they built house. He went beyond GREAT SERVICE. I paid 3100 total and I am happy. I had at least 60 outlets. He even swept up the floor too each time. Incredible service! Thank you Albert you are the best!

Thieves! I got robbed. They tell you it will be an $89 service call on the phone. What they don't tell you is that the tech will be charging you $669, after the 15% discount. My guy found and fixed the problem in less than two hours. This an exorbitant amount to change an outlet. Although the tech was nice and very knowledgeable, find someone else!

We were in need of proper electrical repair and not ""handyman"" service. My husband called Safe-Way and got an immediate response. The communication with the office was an indicator of what was to follow. A courtesy call was placed prior to the technician's arrival.
Albert was the technical expert sent to our home. He was professional, patient, honest, and confident in his craft. He returned a second time to troubleshoot the same issue we were having and left no stone unturned. Thank you all and especially Albert for his expertise and integrity.

I am a retired school teacher who will be reviewing like giving out a report card to Albert. This kind gentleman who is a state certified electrician was asked to come to my house to give an estimate for changing my current kitchen ceiling lights into the 'canned light fixtures' or as I called them 'recessed lights'; repairing or installing a brand new doorbell; and checking wall sockets for repairing or replacing. Albert came prepared to access my issues and to provide the estimates for the work he would be doing if I happen to choose him. I, immediately, felt a strong connection to his polite ways and friendly disposition. [ A+ ]
Albert wrote up the estimate and I initialed the amount for the diagnosis fee. His writing was clear and understandable. [ B+ ] He indicated that he would return tomorrow and get started early in the morning. Instead of leaving, right away, he went around to see how much he could do before he would be leaving. Since I had indicated that he has been chosen to do the job, I did not have to pay for his visit, because that would be credited to the completion of the job. His professional control of the estimate convinced me he deserved an [ A ].
The next day he came and was prepared to start the work. His truck was equipped and organized with the necessary items needed to deal with the issues I had for him. [ A- ] I noticed that he was meticulous and he focused and he did not let the distractions around him detour his concentration! [ A ] I often walked around and observed his work habits and tried to keep my regular house-keeping chores as normal as possible. When I thought he was able to stop for a moment to listen to my concerns - I waited for him to choose that time and he would indicate that he was 'all ears' and that was when I communicated to him with a concern I had. If I thought he made a mistake or left something undone, he would reassure me that he was 'on top of things,' but he explained it to me in a non-intimidating way and he tried not to show impatience to me or not to show that he was not happy with my comments on what he was doing! He needs to get [ A ] for being patient with me.
The next day, which was the last day of working at my house - I asked him to walk around with me so that I could show him some things that I would like for him to fix or redo. He was, still, polite and patient with me and reassured me that he would make a great effort to satisfy me and to help support any small projects that he could do before he left completing the issues I, originally, had that brought him to my house. Albert went 'over and above' to please me and to leave, only, after that the issues were to my satisfaction. Well, I was more than satisfied. I was amazed that I had some beautiful ceiling lights in my kitchen, breakfast nook, hallway and entryway. Wall sockets were nicely done and completed to the best of his ability. I gave him rave reviews before he left. What I observed during the time he was doing was [ A- ].
There is, always, room for improvement. I was vacuuming the floor when I saw a few nails in my den on the floor. I caught them in time before the vacuum cleaner caught them. Well, no one is perfect I said to myself. Then I saw some smears of paint left on one of my kitchen cabinets. I thought, oh well, that cabinet is going to be taken down anyway, because I am going to get new cabinets in about six months. So, big deal! That gives me more of an incentive to start planning for new cabinets, soon. [ B- ] That is okay by me. I am satisfied and motivated with the work that Albert did to some rooms in my house. He left me more of his business cards to pass out to friends when I have them in my beautiful home for dinner. Thanks to Albert, I am going to be so proud of my new lights, the doorbell with chimes and my other projects which support the atmosphere which I will be providing to others to appreciate what I will be appreciating. [ A+ ]
Do you think I will be recommending Albert to others? Yes, I will!
