We recently moved into a new home and noticed one of the electrical outlets was not working (for a refrigerator in a back room). We did a search of electricians in the area and came upon Safe-Way. They were quick to respond and able to come out same day. After reviewing all the outlets we received our quote and had an appointment soon there after for them to come back and install all new outlets and get everything up to code. The price was a bit high for me but I didn't feel the need to get more quotes because I trusted this company and needed a safe place for my family to live no matter the cost. The work took a few days to complete as there were a lot of outlets. The electrician who came, Daniel, was very professional and worked without even taking a break!!!! Even though it took 2 days he did an excellent job and again worked around the clock to get it done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends!!

I'm writing this for my mother. I had a power outage (main breaker defective) I looked in yellow pages and found Safe Way Electric. Glenn was very friendly, set me up an appt for the next day.Office staff was very persistent to get a hold of me. (for some reason my ringer was off) Albert the electrician explained thoroughly about what I needed and everything was completed in a few hours. My family and I were very pleased. I would highly recommend them and I will not hesitate to call again.

We needed to update my Grandmother's 1950s outlets, breaker box and fix all the handy man electrical work that was done worng. Glen took his time to explain and show all of the work that will be done . He answered all of are questions. He even put back a vent that was missing on my Grandmother's roof. James and Daniel these guys love what they do and they take the time to explain there work to you and show you what they are doing

Would NOT recommend. Is there a no star review?We woke up with partial power in our house. The utility company came onsite and told us it's a problem with a line in our home so we found Safeway electric on google. Unfortunately, they came out and did not identify the problem and said a more in-depth troubleshoot was needed which he quoted $1,180! He also quoted $5k to upgrade our panel (which we didn't need). We paid $69 for this initial inspection which was a total waste of money. At that point we got a second opinion and reached out to Brea Electric. They came to our house and within 15 minutes identified the issue immediately which was a loose wire in the kitchen light switch. Fixed the problem right away. We will not use Safeway electric again.

Wow!!! Five stars plus. Professional, prompt, affable, kind and informative. Glen took my call and with his first words, ""How can I make you smile today?"", put me right at ease. Though he was with an inspector on a job site he still took my call and transferred me to Brittany for scheduling. She promptly took my call and scheduled for Craig (electrician) to be at my home within the hour. I realize scheduling might not always be so quick but today was my day. Craig was extremely professional. Given this unprecedented time of COVID-19 he wore a mask, kept distance, and performed his job efficiently reducing time in the home. Craig troubleshot our problem systematically and quickly provided the assessment and solution. He was very articulate and explained in a way that I could understand what the issues were. I was very impressed and will only hire Safeway Electric.

Got here quickly and he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our electrical issue. If you want high quality repair, these guys are the ones to call. A bit pricey, but they'll leave you with safe electrical (and peace of mind).
