EVERYTIME they check our business alarm, for some reason they tend to turn off our AC's power. EVERYTIME. You have to call their office, put you on hold and pass you around. This time, we have to find their guy around the mall who checked our alarm so they can ""reset"" it. You actually have to call their attention to fix their mistake.
