Was having trouble with our ev charging, thought it was an outlet issue. Valeriy came out the SAME DAY and worked diligently to try to determine the issue. After he tried just about everything, without success (no fault of his own) we could not determine the issue. Valeriy truly was stumped. We paid him and thanked him for his time spent and that same night, I got a message through the middle of the night (when does he sleep?!) with additional suggestions he had been researching for us. Amazing! STS came out to my house and the initial project was not possible due to the structure of my house. He found a great solution and fixed a few others problems I had as well. He installed an ethernet port, installed a recessed outlet behind my tv, mounted my tv, and moved a thermostat. He was punctual, professional, cleaned up after himself, and priced very competitively.
