S & S Electric was established in 2006 by Stephen Laird Williams II. We began modestly, initially marketing on Craigslist Austin, taking on one job at a time. As we grew, we began advertising in local phone books and created handouts; however, the best jobs came through referrals from satisfied clients.

Today, we are partnered with various large businesses to meet their electrical demands and a growing number of delighted residential clients.

A short while back, we undertook a project for Madnic Construction at 904 West Avenue in downtown Austin; it was a multi-unit condo which garnered several accolades due to its innovative electrical systems incorporating both commercial power and solar energy. Residents benefit from summer electricity costs as low as $12, and in winter, the utility company compensates them for excess solar power.
