Asked to pre-pay in cash for work that he did not come back to complete. Also, the worksmanship of what they did complete was poor. Several wall switches they installed were faulty. Several wall plates were not reinstalled. Worst of all, one of the ceiling fans they installed was installed incorrectly and nearly caused a fire in my new home. Stay away from these guys.

This review is not of their work as we never got that far, I have been going back and forth with them to get some can lights done in my bathroom we had set a date I did have to cancel as we found a leak in that area then I had it fixed and reached out to set up new appt for install was texted he would set up time on a Friday never heard texted on Sunday again and never heard back now 48 hours later so going with another company, not very reliable and definitely higher in price as well.

Sean installed 6 recessed lights in my kitchen and it looks amazing! He recommended the placement of the lights but said it was up to me. After looking at the space I realized that Sean was correct, his expertise artistic knowledge is exactly what I needed. The installation was smooth and I still cant get over how he knew exactly what was needed in my kitchen as far as the placement of the lights. He is personable and very experienced. Reasonable priced to! Great company! Thank you again Sean.

i had a great experience hiring Sean. I called And Sean answered, I told him I wanted to redo my kitchen lights, I had the ugly old fluorescent box in my kitchen, he replaced it with LED recess lighting and now my kitchen is a showcase! He also installed five ceiling fans (one in the living room, one in my loft and the other three in the bedrooms) they all work well and don't wobble, not even in high speed. I also had him install two small chandeliers over my island and had him mount two of my tvs on the wall. He worked quickly and efficiently. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He answered any questions I had for him and explained himself well, I felt really comfortable around him. Again my experience was awesome, I will definitely hire him really soon to install more lights and tvs.

My experience hiring Sean was positive. I needed an electrician for wiring, outlet and break changes. Sean messaged me quickly with a detailed breakdown of costs. Communication was good. On the day of my appointment, he arrived with all the correct equipment, worked diligently without complaints despite it being a hot day and my A/C was broken, explained his work when asked, and was overall nice. I'd hire again for more electrical jobs.

Arrived on time as promised. Installed 3 ceiling fans of all different types upstairs in a 2 story home. Fans came out perfectly centered as I requested and beautiful! Will work with again! I did make sure and text everything before Sean left and all was well. They look great and were the best price I found. I will be having him install recessed lights next. The only downside is you will need to get small sections of drywall repaired as he does not handle this. For me this was no problem because we are painting our home anyhow, but if you aren't painting you will need to figure this out.

Had Sean come mount a tv and install a ceiling fan. I paid good money for my daughters heavy duty chandelier fan just so I don't get any wobbling. I had moved the fan from a previous home. The fan on high never wobbled even a bit before. After Sean installed it it wobbled quite a bit in low and on high it felt like it was going to fall! I texted him the next day, no reply however it was a Sunday. So I called him Monday. His response was ""I tested it before I left and there was no wobbling so I don't understand why it's wobbling now unless you or your husband messed with it!"" NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! my fault I did not test the fan until almost 11pm Saturday night (the day he installed it) Obviously I should have tested when he were still there! So he says call back when you're by the fan and I'll walk you through it over the phone. Well both my husband and I called him a few times and left messages. NO REPLY!! By his whole attitude I'm not surprised! he comes in your house acting like he knows it all but can't even install a ceiling fan correctly!! I mean shouldn't that be a pretty basic job for a electrician??! But then again I'm not a electrician however I do know I was fooled and ripped off. Well at least my tv hasn't fallen off the wall..yet. All I can say is shady guy, don't use him and if you do make sure you test everything before he leaves because he will not take responsibility for his jobs.
