I recently had Sam and his crew from SE Electric replace some electrical outlets and switches here at my place in Cypress. It is hard to find reliable vendors nowadays but these guys showed up on time, were pleasant to work with, were very fair priced and did a great job. Not super thrilled with my second project with this firm. Installing a conduit to a ceiling fixture, the technician put the pipe in a conspicuous spot, rather than placing it where it would be more out of sight. I would think that for a professional it would have been pretty obvious to place it less conspicuously, and when I asked the next day if it could be altered, I was told, ""Yes, for $500.""

I needed an emergency job because not only did the power go out, but the outlet in the bathroom melted and looked like it was burnt. I called Home Depot and did not get a timely response. I was able to communicate with Sam from SE Electric. We discussed everything on the phone first and he quoted me a base price, but advised that depending on what the actual circumstances turned out to be, the price may change. He also advised that he would be at my home around noon.
He showed around 1130 and got right to work. His explanation of the problem, even though I don't know anything about electrical things, was detailed and to the point. Prior to beginning the actual work, he called me over to the bathroom so I could see for myself the extent of the damage...He made sure to clean up after himself while he was working...even though I told him not to worry about it, he still did. After he completed the work, he advised me off the appropriate steps to take to prevent this from happening in the future. He also checked the other outlets to determine the wiring setup which allowed him to give accurate advice on the correct and incorrect way to use our home's power . I highly recommend using this company (specifically Sam...not sure if anyone else works there). He is efficient and professional and his knowledge of his profession comes across when he is advising you of your situation. Job very well done!

Had an electrical breaker go haywire after hours. Sam answered and came by around 8:00 p.m. and took care of the problem. I can vouch for all of the other positive comments posted here. You can trust this gentleman. He clearly knows what he is doing!

This guy is as great as it gets. Something happenned and a few wall outlets stopped working in my house. I have no idea how to fix it and though i'm hesitant to call and pay for an electrician to fix a few outlets, i had to cuz i simply didn't know how. i call the guy and he assesses my situation and simply walked me through the solution to my problem without even driving here or charging me. i don't even know his name but his service was great and am thankful for his help.

Sam is AWESOME!!! My husband called him up since our lights were out in both of our bedrooms and our water heater was out. We didn't understand the issue since the breaker wasn't tripped. Sam walked him through a few steps and now, we are up and running. We will definitely be calling him again!!
