I called and spoke to someone regarding an estimate to replace/update my electric box. I was given a quote and was explained that it was an all day procedure and would cost between $1200-$1500 plus initial service fee. I scheduled the day for the technician to come out, and took the day off of work for it. a day before they called and said that what they quoted was wrong.. asked for pictures.. and said it would cost double.. because it would take all day to do. I explained but that was what I was already told.. and they said they would call me back. No one called.. they didn't reply to my email.. until finally I called back and they said they canceled the appointment. Very unprofessional and they don't seem to know what they are doing.

I had the best experience with Bates Electric. They are very organized, and have great availability. They do the job on a hourly rate which in my case made more sense. Ask for Joel, I fully recommend him.

Marcos came out well within our arrival window. It took him no time to figure out what was wrong with our houses wiring(builder did it backwards). He addressed several of our random small jobs quickly, efficiently and using items he had in stock on his truck. He was respectful, eager to work and clearly knew what he was doing. We will be calling them again for our future electrical needs

Licensed and experienced electrician turned up on time and prepared. He found the problem right away. Fixed it quickly, checked all my outlets and only charged me for the bit he fixed.
