Their website states that all phone calls are answered by a live person however, both my calls and messages were left unanswered. I initially called on 11/06/19 then on 11/14/19 and left messages to inquire and possibly get a quote for a commercial electrical job. It is now 11/15/19 1:37pm, almost 24 hours from my call yesterday at 2:50pm. It would be nice to receive a call back to just let me know they can't do the project.

Robert recently performed a ton of work on a new (but old) house for us. Robert was extremely diligent in explaining all of our options, what needed to be done, what could be done, and what should be done. His quotes were fair and competitive and our final bill had no surprises. Kris was super helpful and awesome at communicating what was going on with the city and permits both before and after the work was done. They're the best.

Fortunately, Ryan Electric picked up the phone early morning on the weekend, was able to come out, identify the problem and fix it ASAP. This review should have been written a long time ago, so I apologize to James Ryan and Joey. We seriously hit the jackpot when we found them and I have recommended them to all of my friends, family, and our local community groups. If you are looking for experienced, friendly, nice, kind, knowledgeable, honest, top-notch electricians, your quest is over. Look no further! Ryan Electric is your company and James and Joey are your ""go-to"" professionals. These guys show up on time, keep the work area clean, and are just a joy to work with. We first found them when we searched and search for electricians that we trusted to install our beautiful (expensive) chandeliers from Restoration Hardware. They were the ones we were told to call by a trusted friend. And they did a fantastic job!!!! So they get all our electrical jobs from now on. They have installed electrical for sconces, put in recessed lighting throughout the house, reworded our alarm system and just today installed a whole house fan and attic fan. Quick and painless! Awesome job as expected. And don't tell them, but honestly they are too cheap!!!

Awhile back, my wife and I were expecting our first one and we wanted the house baby ready. we noticed some weird sounds that we thought were electrical. Ryan, bless his heart, came over after finishing a job at the end of the day and helped looked around and track down the weird pop noise happening in our kitchen. Turned out, it was the recessed LED lights either cooling down or warming up. We were afraid it was something with our electrical sockets, but he assured us there was nothing funny happening with them. He didn't charge us for the visit and helped us stop going insane with the noise we'd keep hearing. We can't thank Ryan enough for stopping by.
