I spoke with Rob from RX Electric and he told me to speak with his assistant to make an appointment. The appointment was set for 10 a.m.
Later I realized the day of the appointment was Memorial Day. I thought about changing it but if they didn't have a problem with it I certainly didn't. Plus I figured if it was a problem they would let me know. They didn't.
The day of the appointment I canceled my daily walk and instead showered made the bed and prepared the area for him to work in.
They ghosted me. No call. No nothing.....crickets. The appointment was a 10 a.m. window closing at 11 a.m.. By the time 12 noon came I realized he wasn't coming. So I called their office and the phone just rang...no voicemail... no nothing.
I can't comment on the quality of their work because they didn't do any, but I can comment on their customer service and it stinks.

Highly recommend Robert as an electrician! We were without power since Monday and literally he came out and less than an hour later (20 minutes) the issue was fixed! He was so professional and very quick to identify the issue.

Rob saved me big time! My dog somehow broke apart the wires to my electric gate how I come in and out of the garage. He was here within a few hours and knew exactly what to do did it quickly to Repair and his prices are extremely reasonable. He won't go wrong by him he's fantastic
