I cannot say enough about this company's honesty and integrity. I called them to give is an estimate on replacing the door camera on our office that had quit working. We also had been unhappy with the poor video quality for a long time. Russell came out, looked over the system and fixed it on the spot by plugging it back in! Doh! And then his colleague (sorry his name escapes me and he was wonderful!) ""fixed"" the poor quality by putting it back into focus. I had already received a $600 quote to replace it as it was ""broken"" from another company. We were not charged a dime - but I did tip both of them for coming out and ""fixing the system."" When it comes time to replace the camera for real - we'll be calling Russell.

Amazing! Super fast and thorough! I called around 1 today and they came out at 345. Moved my 70"" to another room installed my 75"" and moved and mounted another tv in less than an hour! Super friendly, vary knowledgeable answered all my questions. If I could I would give more than 5stars. Will most definitely be calling them out for future installs. Thank you guys so much!!!

Thanks again guys for the install today. I'm very happy with this company I've used 3 times already for my home and office and each the work and price have been amazing! I first hired a goof ball of Offer Up who screwed up the install and had placed the TVs to low, they came out repaired and properly replaced the TVs. Again, I cant say enough good things about these guys Thank you Russel and Chris for your outstanding great service. Dont hesitate on hiring this company

If your looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness and someone to be on the job on time contact Russel right away.

I recently had 7.1 ceiling speakers installed by Russel and Chris. They saved me time and money as they were able to complete the job without me having to take down crown molding, patching multiple wholes in the ceiling and having my ceiling repainted as advised by Best Buy Geek squad. I definitely felt more educated by Russel and Chris. They did and excellent job! When they were done there was no clean up or need to move Fruniture around on my part as they took care of everything!

2 weeks later I worked with Russel to install security system once again Russel and Chris lived up to the the experience I had working with them the first time-quality workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness and being at the job site on time.

There's a lot to be said about having a positive attitude, the intent to help, and being solution oriented. Russel Jacobs Installs stood out in all the right ways!
