I finally decided to upgrade my chandelier. Russell Flood Electric responded promptly and provided a reasonable estimate.

A couple of days before our appointment, I found out I had 2 outlets that didn't work. They had time to accommodate my new request at a reasonable price.

A day prior to the appointment, I had questions about parts and wanted to ensure I didn't have to buy anything extra. They responded timely to my questions.

Day of appointment, they came at the agreed upon window. They respected the house by covering floors and nicely moving things aside. They asked questions about height, etc. They also recommended putting a bigger/mental junction box to ensure the chandelier can hold. Russell and his colleague started assembling the orb outside. They then started putting together the chandelier once it was having from the ceiling. They were detail-oriented and patient. They were not at all in a rush. Russell then moved to fix the outlets.

It was great to work with quality and professional contractors/electricians. I will definitely refer them to family and friends. I'll also call them back for future projects.

Russell is the best!! He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest. We had back yard lights that went out and thought it would be an easy fix. Russell identified we had a wiring issue and we needed to re-wire our whole system outside. He did an excellent job with re-wiring everything. he also kept us in the loop through with everything. We will be using him with more things we want done inside of our home like wall speakers etc. I highly recommend him to do your electrical work.

This review is about a year overdue but I absolutely need to give Russell Flood a shoutout here for the amazing work he did on our home in Walnut Creek.

In September 2018 our home burned down as result of a house fire and was pretty much a complete rebuild from the ground up. Flood Electric was hired on by our Project Manager for the full extent of the electrical work. Which I am very grateful for!

From beginning to end, Russ and his crew did an outstanding job. Not only did they completely rewire our home with panel installation etc, they worked with me on several additional items outside the scope of work for prices that were more than reasonable. He and his guys were also able to install Lutron smart switches for me throughout the house - was already very familiar with the technology and installation was a breeze as a result.

As I monitored the progress of our rebuild on a daily basis, over the course of his time on the project I got to know Russell and crew pretty well. Generally just some good guys. I will be installing an EV charger in my garage at some point early next year and will not hesitate to give him a call. Highly recommend. Thank you Flood Electric!

I recently hired Russell for various electrical work throughout my home. The largest portion of the project included removing old fluorescent lights that were encased in a large box fixture; this was replaced with recessed lighting. I'm very happy with the result as Russell and his crew did an excellent job! I will certainly reach out to Russell again once I have another project that I would like completed.
