Russell and partner were prompt and reliable. Their estimate was right on. I made sure to send them pictures so they knew what to expect. They knew what they were doing and you can tell that they cared and took pride in their work. They cleaned the area for us (not their responsibility either). I had checked out several electricians via yelp and the estimates ranged from Russells estimate $450 to $1200! I was skeptical and had a friend call Russell to vet him out as I know nothing about installing an ev charger. My friend gave Russell a thumbs up after asking some questions and making sure he knew what he was doing. The process was so seamless and flawless. Very independent and did a fantastic job. A couple of days before our appointment, I found out I had 2 outlets that didn't work. They had time to accommodate my new request at a reasonable price.

A day prior to the appointment, I had questions about parts and wanted to ensure I didn't have to buy anything extra. They responded timely to my questions.

Day of appointment, they came at the agreed upon window. They respected the house by covering floors and nicely moving things aside. They asked questions about height, etc. They also recommended putting a bigger/mental junction box to ensure the chandelier can hold. Russell and his colleague started assembling the orb outside. They then started putting together the chandelier once it was having from the ceiling. They were detail-oriented and patient. They were not at all in a rush. Russell then moved to fix the outlets.

It was great to work with quality and professional contractors/electricians. I will definitely refer them to family and friends. I'll also call them back for future projects.

Russell is the best!! He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest. We had back yard lights that went out and thought it would be an easy fix. Russell identified we had a wiring issue and we needed to re-wire our whole system outside. He did an excellent job with re-wiring everything. he also kept us in the loop through with everything.
