Danny is AMAZING! Super responsive...our terrible building ""couldn't fix our lights"". we had a floor lamp in the bathroom for months. We reached out to Russell Electrical Service and 3 hours later... FIXED! Incredibly reasonably priced! $200 for fixing 2 light fixtures (we bought them from the local hardware store-he even waited for us to do this)... he even wrapped our light switches because they were ""unsafe"".

Amazing customer service and very honest. I had a couple of issues with the wiring in my house and lost half of the power. The staff showed up on time to their appointment and never tried to up sell their services or lie to me. Impressive staff, hands off and would definitely use their services again. Very honest. All I've got to say is wow! I unfortunately have a terrible memory for names, so I can't give kudos to the two awesome guys Russell Electrical sent out, but they deserve it! I was quoted a total that was more than what I ended up paying, so that for starters was amazing! The guys did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves, and were absolutely so kind. Proper covid precautions were taken. Replaced a fan/light combo, a LED bathroom light, and installed a new outlet in about 2 hours time. They even cleaned the dead bugs out of an outdoor light/fan for me! Couldn't recommend Russell Electrical Service more!

They installed a ceiling light/fan fixture in a bedroom and installed a Ring Spotlight Camera on my garage. They were on time, professional, very nice guys! Here's is a five star review for Rusell electric. Job consisted of running power from our home to the back of our patio area for an upcoming fountain, installing new floodlights including a ring camera, as well as a couple of pendant lights and a new fan on our patio.

The price was super competitive, and we are extremely happy with the install. Also installed was a switch to control all the lights outside, making it super easy to put on what we want and when. Thanks for the great work!

What a great company !!!! So glad went with these guys !! Everything was so easy from communication to setting up the appointment to getting the lowest price after comparing with nearby companies these guys really know what they are doing. lucky to find this Electrician business and John. He came out to deal with a short circuit and went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the problem, explaining things every step of the way, at a reasonable price. Unlike other electricians I've used, he not only knows his trade inside and out, but takes the time to talk you through it so you understand, with no rush. A gem of a service that will be my go to going forward.

The electrical outlets in my townhome needed to be replaced so I called this Electric.  I couldn't be any happier with the service I received.  First, the Electric promptly returned my phone calls.  Second, their customer service rep (Matt)  took the time to listen and understand the problem.  Finally, the technician (Mike) showed up on time and promptly fixed the problem.  He worked extremely hard and was efficient with his time,  He provided great advice on how to prevent problems in the future.  As a bonus, Mike was extremely friendly and it was fun to chat with him.  I hope I have another electrical problem in the future so I can call these guys again.

It is crazy right now and also it appears impossible to discover somebody going to do the little work. After calling around, the electrician was anxious as well as unbelievably polite for more information concerning my project as well as just how they can be a component of it. They sent the electrical contractor who was originally baffled but was unrelenting about finding a remedy with minimal damage to the wall. He also entered into the attic room to check out.

We had one even more electrical outlet that needed to be reduced in order for construction to proceed so they made some magic take place with their timetable and had an additional individual, come out the very following morning. These individuals are RELIABLE, ON -TIME, RESPECTFUL, COMMUNICATIVE and AFFORDABLE.
Most definitely call thus firm for your next task as well as demand them. I wish they were the first people I called around my problem ... it would certainly've conserved me a great deal of pain!
