They installed a ceiling fan in our living room and it looks great!! Super responsive and reasonably priced. He even switched the blades around for us which was appreciated. We will definitely be hiring them again for our electrical needs, you probably should too!!

It is rare to find someone who will actually explain what they are doing and what most likely is causing your problem. I was very impressed with Thomas and his level of expertise! He was able to swap out a bad circuit at a very reasonable price. We've had a difficult time finding good service here in Lago Vista or finding anyone who will come out this way, but I was extremely impressed and will use Thomas again for any electrical issues I have. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable.

I own a rental single family home in Leander where tenants reported issues with the electrical outlets associated with two appliances. I contacted Thomas Russell after reading his many positive reviews in Yelp. Thomas returned my call within 30 minutes and I asked when he might be available to inspect and diagnose the electrical issues? Thomas gave me two options: now or tomorrow morning. He was on site within the hour and called me with his diagnosis. One outlet only needed to be taped up and secured to prevent any future issues and the other was operating fine. While there, he checked and repaired outlets, and replaced GFIs. As an example of his dedication to overall safety, he observed my tenants operating a portable plug in heater in the garage. Thomas took the time to advise my tenants that portable heaters are the cause of many house fires and that it was not advisable to continue operating the heater unless it was on its own dedicated circuit. He throughly updated me on all his repairs and observations while on site and again when I paid him for the job. Given his immediate same day availability after 6 pm, and all the work he performed, his pricing was more than fair! I highly recommend Russell Electric to anyone!

I called Thomas from Russell Electric and he told me he would be here in 30 minutes. He was here in 20 mins. He had a warm demeanor, professional, very knowledgeable and a fantastic personality. He hot right on the job as I had a ceiling fan that refused to work and he checked out the problem and analyzed it and recommended that the switch had to be replaced and that the workmanship of the electrician who put in this plug, did a substandard job and I definitely agreed with him because I had put in ceiling fans before and never had an issue until I went to out this one in. I was stumped and I called Russell Electric and Thomas was a definite breath of fresh air. He is old school, very respectful and I was honored to have him in my new house.
If you need great professional service with the qualifications of a ""Master Electrician"", call Russell Electric because his prices are second to none and I would highly recommend him to come to my house again. Thomas will now be considered family as I am very grateful to have him come out and fix this ceiling problem. I would give him 10 stars if I could but he definitely earned the 5 stars .

I needed a dedicated outlet in my garage for a freezer, so I requested a quote on yelp and got a reply within 10 minutes from Russell Electric. Thomas came out to do the job the very next day. The work quality was top notch, even working around a couple of structural obstacles and staying true to the quoted price (which was very reasonable). Thomas even threw in a bonus outlet (also dedicated) on another wall in the garage. He was in and out in just over an hour. I would definitely recommend Russell Electric!
