Not sure I even want to give them any stars. Assigned by American Home Shield to fix a ceiling fan hanging down, paid my fee to AHS, and it's been a week of trying to reach the contractor, always getting voice mail, and never a return phone call. Calling AHS today to get a refund of the fee I paid a week ago or be reassigned to a different contractor. This is ridiculous. This contractor is not someone I would recommend to anyone.

Problem 1: They left a huge hole in my Sheetrock above my breaker box that I was told ""just had to be there"" (I've never heard of that in my life) and did not even make us aware that they would have to leave it like that before they did it. And the way the Sheetrock was cut looked like a 3 year old did it. I had to ask him to fix the way they cut it. (can provide photos)
Problem 2: They left my hard wood floors filthy and I do not believe a contractor should leave me a mess to have to sweep and mop, which I now have to do. (can provide photos)
Problem 3: They had all day on 12/11 to complete the job but finished everything but labeling the breakers and anchoring down the ground wire (all of 30 minutes of work) and left for the day caused me to have to take off work to be there when they could have finished the job in the one day that my husband took off for them to be there.

I was assigned this provider through my American Home Shield warranty to fix a problem with my dishwasher. The guy came out very quickly, collected my $75 service fee, spent 2 minutes looking at the dishwasher and announced he would have order parts. This was on a Monday. He said parts would be in on Thursday. Never called again until Friday morning to schedule a same-day appointment. I'm a single individual and I work all day. I told him I was unable to come home that day, and he said that was not a problem, he would call on Monday morning to make an appointment for that day. I called him Monday after I had not heard from him by 10 a.m. and left a voicemail. Called again at noon. No answer. Finally called American Home Shield around 2 p.m., and they tried to call but got no answer. It is now Wednesday, and I still cannot get this company to call me back. Seems like they just took my money and ran. About to call AHS back to see about getting another provider and a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
