Russ Galloway Electric is great! I had some lighting fixtures that needed to be moved. It was a bit complicated because the wiring had to be relocated and the fixtures hooked up to different switches. The guys arrived on time, they were very polite and friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion. Russ was here first thing in the morning and checked in on the workers during the day and again at the end of the day. Russ is very nice and a good communicator. I have used several different electricians over the years but from now on I will use Russ Galloway.

Russ came out to bid outlets, fan installation, and recessed lighting upgrades. Him and his team did a great job of explaining each step and how long it should take. He was fair priced and offered various options to the job which would save money and be more aesthetically please. Definitely would higher again for future jobs.

They did a great job. We were in a hurry and he got over pretty within our time frame. We ended up having lots of little projects to complete and they kept working and got the house up to code. We were very happy with the work and will have time do some other projects.

We have used Russ on two projects. The response time was great. We were scheduled quickly. Price was more than reasonable. The men assigned to our project were pleasant, professional and clean. We will never use anyone besides Russ for our projects.

I am very disappointed in Russ Galloway! I contacted him when I needed to get the old wiring in my house replaced in order to satisfy my homeowners insurance company. I told him it was urgent because my policy was due to be renewed and I needed to have the work done. After a cursory walk-through of my property, he told me that he couldn't give me a firm estimate because one never knows what you're getting into until you start working on old wiring. He said it would be at least a couple weeks before he could start on the project. I asked him to write a letter to my insurance company informing them that he had agreed to do the work for me. I ended up writing a simple letter for him to sign stating that he agreed to do the work. He advised me he needed his lawyer to look at it first, but eventually signed it. After weeks of delays and mis-communication, I finally called another electrician who conducted a thorough inspection, provided a detailed estimate, and completed the project early and on budget. After my experience with Mr. Galloway, I find it hard to believe he has so many positive reviews on Yelp.

If your experience with electrical contractors has been anything like mine, you've found it likely that you'll be flaked on. Russ Galloway is the exception to that rule. He is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive.

Russ is my go-to guy for jobs, big or small.

When I recently had a bad breaker at my house, Russ gave me a spare so I wouldn't have to buy a new one at Home Depot. He even offered to come install it, during the evening, on a weekend if I had any trouble. He was genuinely concerned that my kids' milk would go bad if I had to wait until a weekday!

He is not just a great electrician, but an all around awesome human being.

Russ is simply a great electrical contractor!

He replied within minutes of my calls and gave me a notice the day before his crew to work on my house.
He finished a wiring job for me below his initial estimate. Besides what I asked him to do, he also fixed other pre-existing bad wiring without additional changes.

I highly recommend Russ without hesitation and will call him again for my next projects.
