Very respectful and took care because of COVID. I was very comfortable having Tim come and do the work. He was very knowledgable and did an incredible job and went above and beyond to help get the job done. In addition to all of this, his communication was fantastic and he was able to come and do the job very quickly and efficiently. I've been a customer of Rundle Electric for years and they are the only electricians I will use. I have had them do all my home renovation projects, including my electrical panel install, A/C and jacuzzi electrical install, and numerous other projects. They are honest, do great work and leave the place clean every time. I am a single woman and often worry about getting an honest bid. With Tim and his company of great electricians I never worry about this. I give him a laundry list every time and never have to worry. An honest and fair company I am happy to refer to friends and family.

Rundle Electric never returned to correct a mistake and complete my job. I had 3 items. The first 2 were straightforward electric plug and switch stuff. The 3rd was installing a replacement skylight operator which I provided. It was installed correctly, but the tech put the motor that runs it back upside down, and it wouldn't work. I had a 2nd identical one in another room to show him how it should look (you could see the motor was upside down), and he himself had disassembled the opening he worked on. It was nearing the end of the day (they came hours late), and he said his boss didn't want to pay overtime, so he thought he'd be scheduled to return tomorrow. Nope. Tim promised a return visit more than once. Weeks then months went by. I left messages for Tim, then messages for the office. Ignored. I had to hire another electrician to redo their job. It was harder for him because he had not been the one to take the assembly apart, but it's done correctly now - 13 months later!

I'm very disappointed, as I have an apartment building and was hoping to make Rundle my go-to for the electrical trade.

Absolutely ten star service. These people know their stuff. Tim, Ed, and Danny are absolute professionals. They have the best equipment, such as laser measurement tools, so all the fittings, and drilled holes come out perfect. They are very accurate, dead on, and they work very fast. Everything is perfect and level. I got a panel upgrade in Santa Monica from them, and i am very satisfied. They coordinated with Edison, the city inspectors very well. Everything is done fast, and right. Not only will you be satisfied, but also your pets will love them too, especially your cats. Tim hit it off instantly with the cat next door, who would always run away as I approached.

I was quite surprised at all the positive reviews on Yelp when I checked them out the first time. Now, I'm joining the chorus of people who are completely satisfied with their top rate service. Cannot go wrong with them. Keep them on the top of your rolodex!

I have worked with Rundle Electric for a while.
Everyone is very nice but they seem to have a very hard time maintaining their promises.
i have been calling them for more than 2 months now for them to finish a major job they started, no one has come yet.
