Alfredo and his team upgraded my old knob & tube wiring, installed a new panel, and connected a number of J boxes into the new system. They are a very responsive team with great communication - kept me informed of the work as it progressed. In addition they were respectful of our home and privacy during the project.
I would hire them again for any electrical work. Couldn't be more satisfied with the job, and fairly priced too!

Alfredo is an amazing professional and an even better human being. He is very skilled at his trade and you can start to notice this as he talks through his game plan for the project that he is hired for and also his willingness to explain things when questioned.

I hired him for a complete rewire, main panel upgrade as well as installing a new sub-panel and he performed all of those tasks flawlessly and by code. He started everything the project on time and was there everyday till the project was completed. He missed none of the deadlines and there were no ugly surprises or unexpected costs.

He is a very dependable and skilled individual who's work speaks for itself. All the work that he did at the house has been working well so far and he is always available to answer any questions that we may have.

I would highly recommend him for personal or commercial projects and have referred him whenever I have had a chance to.

Alfredo completely rewired my house, and I could not be happier with the process or the result. He installed a new service (including fast electric car charging infrastructure) for the previous owner. When I bought the house I wanted to completely rewire the house, removing all knob and tube wiring. Alfredo was professional, knowledgable, and very thorough. All work was permitted and done to code. Alfredo handled the permitting process and passed all inspections without issue. We were also remodeling the kitchen and he coordinated seamlessly with those contractors.
- Remove all knob and tube through the house
- Add many new outlets
- Add ceiling fans
- Recessed cans and other new light fixtures
- Three-way light switches with dimmers
- Sub-panel for new circuits, including heat pump
- Trench with electrical conduits to safely bring power to detached garage (was overhead knob and tube)
- Exterior outlets and motion sensor lights
- Ethernet connections throughout the house, connecting to Fiber from ISP

The house we are renting was having major electrical issues. Alfredo came out immediately and fixed the electricity that had literally sparked out that AM while I was working from home. He was able to assess the damage and it was really bad and dangerous. After he fixed the issue he was able to assess the rest of the electrical and it was equally as bad.

Anyway, Alfredo was contracted to rewire the ENTIRE 3 bedroom home while my husband and I continued to work from home. You would think that it would have been a major disruption but it was not. He was timely, super clean and efficient with this time. He worked his way around the entire house crawling under the house and in the roof to get everything done. Since we are still living during this Covid time he and his team were extremely safe and wore masks the entire time. Also, it should be noted that Alfredo's work passed the schedule inspection from the City of Richmond in less than a few minutes because his work was that good. If I owned my own home I would not hesitate to hire him for my electrical needs.
